I sure would be willing to get a Covid-19 shot and may even sign up for a trial if one is available in my area. Don't have any underlying health issues maybe except I am Type A blood which is higher risk from what I been hearing.

I’m not taking away from your relative’s death but people die every day of things. To say you’d like to try a trial of it is insane. On a normal basis, vaccines take YEARS of trials and clinicals before being approved. Them fast tracking this for a vaccine for the low level threat it really is should scare you more than this virus.

There is such a low risk of “silent spreaders.” In fact, studies have shown that asymptomatic people are really low to non existent as spreaders. Furthermore, if you get a vaccine, you have to understand the shedding period, which would make YOU a spreader during that period.

It's pretty much a pre requisite for me to get vaccinated.

Lol...I work for a local hospital as well as a senior IT systems admin so yes that's most likely will happen for me as well. Guess gotta suck it up to stay employed.

The list of vaccines given to kids is these days is ridiculous. When my boy was born and the nurse came in and tried to give him his hep.c vaccine I told her he point blank he's not out sharing needles or having unprotected sex..... needless to say she didn't like my dry sense of humor and was appaled that I would say something like that to her. I am sure that'll be happening all over, including the States. If you needed one to travel to another state, I am sure there be some black market for those certifications for those who need to travel so badly.

If flu shots are so useless, then any Covid-19 vaccines will be even more so considering how this virus mutates and the fact that the protection will wear off in weeks.
