Liver support

Water for sure.
Nobody has mentioned milk thistle? It has a protective effect that HAS been studied and is used to combat Amantia (Death Cap) poisoning.
Also, while things like NAC, Tudca, And Choline have some, But fewer studies, They can be found cheaply in OTC liver/detox supplements. So why not?
Also, A big shout-out for CoQ10, and Methylfolate.

I began using a supplement called "liver detox and blood cleanse" by Irwin Naturals a few months back, I can tell you that my labs looked better than they had in the past 10 years and that was only taking 2 caps a day instead of the daily recommended dose of 4 caps. I stay on that stuff now, regardless of what I'm running or not running

Anyone ever use bpc 157 for liver support? Every single time I go to my trt doc he tries to get me on it and tells me how great it is for dropping liver values. He’s full of shit 99% of the time and I haven’t seen the evidence to support those claims so... anyone?

I have never seen bpc157 mentioned for liver support.

I was under the impression bpc157 is not approved by fda for humans. So how is he able to write a RX for it?

I just came across an article mentioning benefits of Berberine for fatty liver. most of us know it for benefits on blood sugar. here is a link to the article:

Saw you post earlier did you ever find a recipe for Inj.Gluthione TRT? Any places you can point to for bulk powder.

I know Dr.JIM basically says the supps are useless but I'm pretty sure NAC and TUDCA have scientific backing behind them for liver health. LiverCare not so much.

NAC is megadosed via IV in people who OD on Tylenol afaik.

TUDCA without a doubt works. It is a must when I take orals. I get horrible acid reflux on orals. As long as I take my TUDA it never bothers me.
I also inject Glutathione 2 or 3 times per week.

Muscletrain, I bought this one from; 50 day supply for 500mg/day.

Dr. Guilford(MD) is a glutathione guru. I would listen to some of his talks to make my own conclusions; it is a powerful antioxidant.

I was planning on using 500mg per injection. What dose have you been using?
