I have made an appointment for gynecomastia surgery and have a few questions.

Does the complete extraction of the gland often leave a hole?

Is the scar large ? (under the nipple)

can I cycle on during the moment of the operation?

if not how long before should I stop?

I don’t see why being on cycle would impact the surgery at all. Only reason I see on why you should cycle off is if the compounds you are currently running make your nipples sensitive to the touch. But if you are being put to sleep than I don’t think this matters. I’m not a doctor and I never had gyno surgery so don’t take my advice.

If i had a surgery i would take BPC-157 and TB-500 for recovery, maybe also some gh or gh peptides

After a gyno surgery you are supposed to stop training for a few weeks. With the peptides you can speed that up for sure and overall have a way better recovery


I personally wouldn't take harsh compounds like tren when i'm about to get a surgery done. Don't how that could affect recovering from a surgery or what else this could cause. Also i would make sure that there aren't any medications in my blood at the point of the surgery


The scar on the nipple itself should be barely noticeable. But there will be a scar below the nipple which also gets brighter than the skin around. This one is definitely visible but i wouldn't say large. Just like 1cm or something like that
((at least if the operation method is the same, i guess this would be normal method))

If done right there is no hole or cratering from surgery. The scar is around the edge of your nipple. It’s not very visible after it heals completely. I would make sure everything is stable from the date of surgery until at least a year later. That way you don’t have any problems.
