Time for some size!

I have had no major sides from hgh while taking it in a fasted state, however last night i took 1 iu and then fell asleep for 1 hour but then ate salsa and chips, this caused a flare in sides throughout the night. Tingling in the hands.

I took 3 iu today fasted and staying fasted for 3 hours after, with no sides. So i do think fasted vs unfasted makes a big difference in sides.

Yeah I was taking it first think in the morning fasted for at least 13 hours before taking AM dose. Then did cardio and didn’t eat for around 3 hours after that dose.

Right now I’m doing PM dose EOD. Started at 1iu EOD and after 1 week I’m now doing 1.5iu EOD which is still ok with no major sides like before. Only real sides I notice is my jaw is kinda sore like I had been chewing a mouthful of hard gum all day [emoji38]

Update.

doing 2 iu at 6 am, taking 4 mg yohimbe, with fasted cardio which is done at 7 am. Then doing 2 iu at 12:30 am. 4 iu total and no sides. Which is awesome.

Taking full advantage of hgh while having little insulin reponse from food.

i am eating my maintenence cals 3560 cals in a window between 11 am and 7 pm.
This is definitly my maintenence macros as i have been the same weight for 1.5 weeks. 350 protein, 300 carbs, 100 fats. Also eating pretty dam healthy weighing all my foods.

as for lifting that is struggling, was doing 7 days a week now doing 4 days a week. But going to pick it up after christmas.

doing fasted cardio everyday.
Doing yoga fasted after cardio to allow for a cool down and still moving while fasted. I do 20min of a incline walk at 3, which is just a brisk walk. Will increase soon.

hopefully this will allow to hit just the fat and not so much muscle.

So using

200 mg test c every week.
4 iu hgh
4 mg yohimbe will up it maybe as the feeling sucks.
Tada 5 mg
Magnesium
Fish Oil
Tumeric
Ashwagnda

1.5 gallons water.

Got diet in check need to work on lifting better.
 
Going to try more pinning sites, so far i have. going to track what i pin on this log so i remember.

taken off this week. Bumped hgh to 4 iu. Working great.

Upper Quads R and L
Mid/Lower Quad R and L
Delts R and L
Bicep Inner R and L
Biceps Outer R and L
Outer Head Tricep R and L

wish i could find ventro glute.
Lats are so hard to hit. Maybe i can add these, but it feels like pinning a lung.
Not going to do chest, its scary

When I was trying to locate vg, this helped me:

Lay on your side. Raise the top leg up slightly. So if you are laying on your left side, lift your right leg sideways toward the cieling a inch or so, we just want tension in the muscle around the hip. Then rotate the elevated foot to point your toes toward the floor.

It sounds complicated but it really makes my vg pop. I can mimic the movement standing, now that I understnd it. I flex the vg, mark it with a needle cap, then relax and pin it.

Its alot more anterior than i initially thought it would be. hence the ventro prefix i guess.

I was nervous at first but figured i am obviously hitting a muscle so it cant be worse than these guys pinning in their lats or pecs, now THATs freaky lol

I just stand there in the bathroom mirror, twist my foot externally to see it pop, then rub it with alcohol, relax it and use the rubbing alcohol spot for my target, pull the skin a little (so it will snap back and prevent bleeding when done), stab, and inject.

See when I do this I have 2 spots that pop out, i guess the two spots are the gluteus medius and ventro glute. So i dont know which one to do.

Yea it was complicated when i was first trying to locate the muscle. Alot easier now that im used to it. That complicated process is what finally made the difference for me though lol
 
I actually think i found the VG. So maybe you guys can confirm.
If i stand on my left foot, then i lift my right foot 1 inch off the floor, still keeping right foot straigh, then i put my legs together. Then i twist my right foots toe to the side so my heel is essentially touching my left foots ankle, it “pops out”. But it only pops out if i squeeze my legs together while twisting my toe out to the side. Abducting my right toe, i believe.

This does not work i think. The second i lift my leg up all my muscles “sink” in, nothing pops. I think. In the VG in line with your nipples or more like your armpit/rhomoids?
