Maybe try it standing like @malfeasance suggested. If i bear my weight on the left leg and rotate my right leg in against a little resistance, my right vg kinda flexes and pops out. I find it is kind of inline with the front of my armpit, just below where my belt rides.This does not work i think. The second i lift my leg up all my muscles “sink” in, nothing pops. I think. In the VG in line with your nipples or more like your armpit/rhomoids?
