I fell off and landed hard!

And I've seriously fell off hard. I didnt return to drug use or anything like that but I've been in a bit of a Michael Douglas "Falling Down" kinda of quasi depression of sorts.

I stopped worrying about diet and started consuming whatever i felt like eating without a second thought. One of the reasons I slowed down with the aas is because I just didnt feel healthy, I looked good but didnt feel inside the way I looked on the outside. With that said I also dont feel healthy eating garbage like i have been lately. Marriage and career havent helped matters much either since it's been leading me towards a more laid back sedentary life, many injuries and turning the page to over 40yo isnt making things any easier either.

I think I can safely say I've lost most if not all of the gains i made from 2018 to 2020. I'm still the same weight but now I'm just fat and soft. It seems as though Covid took a lot of muscle mass off of my frame and it just depressed me further and kept me even further away from the bar and bench

I want to reverse the oncoming tide of obesity and plight of unhealthy living I've been leading. I'm going to start a log and I will post pictures of the before and after updates so yall can point and laugh at your old boy chump and maybe use my falling off as inspiration to not do as I did.

I will be using low dose anabolics to help get me going in the right direction when the time calls for it. For now I think I'm just going to stick to my trt dose and cut fat and then slowly build myself back up. What I dont want to do is to get back into being a pin cushion and I'd like to keep the overall combinex compound dosage to 400mg or less per week with 400 being the extreme.

Keep an eye out in this section for an upcoming log. This isnt a new year new me bullshit run, it's just me trying to get back on the level again. I'm starting by cleaning house and tossing all the cake mixes, cookies, and shit like that today and hitting the supermarket for fresh food.

Screw it! This will be the log. I plan to keep it going from January to January.

Looking forward to the log!
Removing those temptations helps alot for sure. I beg my wife not to make cookies because I just can't keep away from them.
Good luck with the journey, you'll have alot of support here along the way.
Thanks a bunch!

I should clarify my ideal end goal being around 190lbs between 12% and 15% bodyfat at 5'10

Hang in there, man. This year has been a bit of a shit show, but it will get better. You've stayed sober through a rough time, so you have that to be proud of.

The important thing is that you want to get back on track. Hit it hard and tighten up your diet and you'll be back to where you want to be. Muscle memory and hard work will get you there.

I look forward to following the log.

Thanks guys! I will have the wife take some non flattering pictures of me later then get them edited a d post them up. I'm going to refrain from posting weekly picture updates and stick to the first of the month every month for picture updates.

I commend your efforts to make the change. But let me just help clear your mind a little here; Covid didn't take anything from you, you did that. Best of luck and look forward to the log
You know I did write up a big rebuttal to your last comment but in a way you're right. Covid did definitely knock me down in size pretty quickly but I was already well on my way to losing the mass I had gained all it did was accelerate the process a little.

Some good HGH at 3iu ED upon waking pre cardio, find some healthy recipes to eat sweet dishes with virtually no kcals to avoid temptation of junk sweets, find some healthy and tasty recipes to reduce the effort on being on a diet...
Like some salmon sashimi with soya sauce for me is the nuts... or roasted juicy meat cuts with roasted sweet potatoes... mix some white jogurt with some courgettes , onion , lemon and avocado and stuff like this... and you ll be on track again man...

There is plenty of healthy and tasty recipes out there...

good luck and good work

Yea man, we have all been there for sure. It's hard to look at ourselves and be honest sometimes, but when you can do that it makes moving forward a lot easier. Once you get that momentum rolling it'll come back stronger and stronger

Ok guys here they are a couple quick pics of the pile of crap Im starting with. I'll try and keep this thread updated with meal info, routines, and day to day activities to help keep the engine burning and metabolism high. If you see something in my diet or routine that looks off or that you think I can benefit by dropping g or adding please by all means step in and say something everything said will be taken into consideration.

If your goal is to look good and feel good as well I suggest low dose test with low dose hgh and lots of clean eating. Get your cardio in daily, do LOTS of stuff outdoors like walking trails, biking, hiking and shit like that. Make 2021 the year you remake yourself and just be patient and go day to day always being active and eating clean. Get waxed asap lol, get a tan whatever small things you can do add up. If you buckle down and get serious you can be a lean 190lbs by summer EASILY!

Go giver shit bro :)

If you fell off you can get yourself back up and at it again. Sometimes when you been at it for a long time training and dieting may become a real chore and make you not so motivated. Taking a break from time to time can help break the cycle of gaining then losing then gaining again.

Welcome back, btw!!!

Subbed and following along for motivation and support brotha!!![emoji1430][emoji1430][emoji1430][emoji1434][emoji1434][emoji1434]
