Weight today was 201.2

Workout was,

X10 t&g bench @ 295lbs
3x5 bench @ 75%
4x8 tbar rows
3x8 jm press
3x10 skull crushers
3x15 cable pushdowns SS band pushdowns
3x10 standing calves
3x15 seated calves
3x30 second barbell hold

Well, bench was really smooth. Hit the rack on my first rep and it threw off my next two. The dirty bulk and test must be helping though.
 
Weight today was, 200.8

Workout was,

X1 beltless front squat @ 365
3x5 front squat @ 75%
50 pullups
4x10 preacher curl
4xamrap reverse curl and band reverse curls

That front squat felt WAY heavier than it looked. Lol. Felt like the bar was slipping off me and my chest caved in at the bottom, the video looked like just any other conservative rpe 7-8 single.

3x8 spoto press @ 70%
3x8 landmine press
3x8 meadows row
3x8 skull crusher
3xamrap SS cable and band pushdowns
3x10 standing calve raise
3x15 seated calve raise

I know 70% for 8 isn't very heavy even for spoto press. They were definitely sub RPE 6 though. Feels good to have bench steadily going up and not have sore shoulders/elbows. Lol
 
Bet that was a real blast LOL.

Definitely had some people staring at me. Lol. It was funny watching the cashier try to move it to scan some items and he couldn't. Lol. Had to put his whole body into it and practically got a hernia trying to move it a couple inches. Apparently Santa didn't get him a squat rack for Christmas.

3x12 seated calves
3x30 sec barbell hold
What position are you doing the barbell hold?
