I fell off and landed hard!

I'm still here, started a new job this past week and I've been giving 110% of myself towards establishing to the president that he made the right choice and that I'm worth every penny I'm being paid.

My wife threw a curveball at me as well this week asking me if she if she could join in on my lift days :confused: Its not gonna be as annoying as it was before when I was trying to lift heavy but it's still gonna slow things down at times since I'll have to constantly keep re-racking the weights off and on for certain exercises.
I know how you feel--- My wife loves to work out with me-- I like her somewhere else when i train :)

Wow, gee, thanks! I have been here only a short time, I know, but so far I love this place. It is the first place I have visited that is not just shilling for paying sponsor sources. For me it is a very different sort of place, and I feel fortunate that somebody sent me over here to look and that I am permitted to participate here.
 
Geezer man. It's been a rough couple weeks since I posted this. I had 43hrs in at work from Monday to Wednesday and then by the time I get get cleaned up and hit the road I'm almost ready for bed.

I plan on hitting the weights after work today to get my baseline weights written down so I can start building it back up again.

I didnt neccesarily have a timeline to start but I didnt think I'd be this far along before I got going.
 
Sorry guys, I've been trying to log in for days but for whatever reason I would get to the log in page and the internet connection would time out waiting on Mezo to respond or it would take me to an error page.

I've begun my routine and for now it looks like its going to stay at just being a simple push/pull/legs routine on Monday Wednesday and Friday less days but more intensity. We'll see how that goes for a couple months. I'll update my current diet as soon as I sit down and figure out the macros etc.

Good to be back on. I was starting to worry Meso had went down for the count :-(

You have got back to a good schedule, you can do it again. Good job for starting back, starting is the hardest part, 2 weeks in you will think why you ever stopped. Just get through that first 2-3 weeks. You got this!
 
Everything has been going well but strength has bottomed out pretty hard and stamina went right along with it.

On a side note: I has this brite idea to add in a little tren along with my trt dose of test cyp to aid in fat loss and help keep the intensity up. I will say 20mg per day did just that, the workout sessions were much more productive and I dropped 7lbs but what also came with it is feeling like absolute garbage even on such a low dose perhaps even worse than on 2x the dose. I gave the rest away to a buddy at work, no more EFF tren!

Yesterday was my first time under the bar in a while too. I feel like dog shit! You are 4 week's in. I'm sure by week 6 you will feel like a new man! Keep after it.

Yup eff tren! I may have been at this for a while now but even I do stupid crap and thinking I could run low dose tren with no sides was stupid crap thinking lol.

Its well known on meso I'm a fan of short length smaller dose cycles of 8wks and less than 500mg of total compounds. It was this thinking which had me very curious about trying some low dose tren. I figured since the other low dose cycles were so effective and relatively side free that tren would follow with maybe just some slight insomnia etc but I was wayyy wrong, the sides hit pretty hard pretty quick like within 5 days quick. I ran a 300mg per week tren cycle with just 125mg of trt test and the sides were bareable until the midway mark and never got as severe as what I felt on 170mg recently. Lesson learned; tren sucks at all doses lol

Aight so heres where I'm at right now after a couple weeks. I'm down 7lbs from 224 to 217lbs and looking noticeably leaner.

My workouts are going good with high rep low weight kinda stuff but I'm keeping the rest periods short and trying to maximize the squeeze/contractions on every lift.

I'm benching 180lbs for 5 sets at 12 reps with the last set going as many as possible.
Shoulder press is 100lbs with the same approach as bench.
Pulling 150lbs on bent over rows.

And as stated my knees and especially my right knee are in bad shape so squat is pathetic and will probably remain so for eternity I'm still doing it for the sake of staving off atrophy. The weight in squatting is 150lbs right now and I'll eventually get back to 200lbs but I will not be going any higher there cause I have nothing but problems to gain if I do get stupid and start trying to go big.

All in all I can push more weight than I'm currently moving but my stamina is in the dumps right now and I'm trying to get more form squared away again as well. For instance I can push 3 or 4 good reps with 200 on the bench but I fizzle out quickly after that but 1.5 minutes later I can do 3 or 4 again with ease and then fizzle, to me that seems like muscle stamina issue more than a strength issue.
 
Nothing but my TRT dose at 100mg per week. Im down 24lbs and feeling way better than I did this time last year. I started a strict Ketogenic diet about 6 or 7 weeks ago and have stayed true checking my blood sugar and ketone often and keeping my cals at 2000 max. I never realized how badly sugar and carbs in general were contributing to my arthritis inflammation. I'm gonna keep riding with this till I get down to 185lbs and then I may do a simple test cyp cycle for 12 weeks and stick to a clean carb and protein mass routine but I'm in no rush.

Idk what the heck is going one my phone has been a jerk sending pics all day

Uncanny how you're the first to respond lol. I took the pic had remarked to myself how much the pose and body structure resembled one of your older profile pics from back in the day.
Haha, your pose in that pic sure does eerily resemble one of my older pics. I held off on a cycle this year due to some nuisance health issues but hopefully end of this year maybe hop on a simple cycle if all goes well.
 
202lb this morning on the scale. Still running trt only at 100mg per week. Still doing the silly keto diet and keeping my carbs below 20mg per day but I've been keen to bump up the protein everyday and run a little extra fats on lift days. I'm running a basic PPL split on M,W,F and it's working well for the time being so I see no need for immediate change.
