Little help please

You're right I need to track them I eye everything and that's never accuratel
It makes it very easy, using mfp, a nice scale put the plate on and add food, put into my fitness pal. Use a macro ratio relevant to your goals, then adjust when you get those goals and want more.

it is pretty much impossible to not maximize your progress without weighing food. Yes you can do it but its going to be a process that you are always guessing.

even if you just weigh your meals for 1 week just to get an idea.

the couple months i stopped weighing my food I looked the worst. Before this time and after while using the scale i look the best.

by the end if the day or by 5 pm you will see, o crap i need 200 grams more protein but i hit my fat goals and carbs, Looks like all i can have is chicken.

or

crap its 5 pm and i ate 2600 cals, looks like i can just have a salad at night with only vinegar. Or im done eating for the day.
