Lat width

LOL! Probably zero difference, then, since you are already pulling it low, but let me know if it changes the way it feels in the lower lats, anyway.
I think trying to drag my elbows through makes a difference. I can feel it better (just got done). I lowered the weight from what I normally do 225 / 275 down to 205 to experiment with squeezing, and I think it made a difference.

V bar pull downs are the best for lats
Also rack pulls with contracted lats (that's meadows advice works very well.)
Also T Bar rows

I'm speaking as a guy with really wide and thick lats

You can add width with most standard back exercises, it just depends on how good you are with contracting the area you want to focus on.

Straight arm pushdowns tend to be pretty easy to contract the outer edges of the lats, straight into the serratus because of the arm position... If you can get good at drawing the handle down into a hard flex in the lats, it helps you "feel" that muscle and you can do it on other lifts.
Hey thanks for reminding me about those, I’m been having some serious issues in regards to my short term memory lately and actually forget the exercise... I’m 26 and while fairly young I’m thinking there’s a serious problem about, the lack of memory and recollection in having is concerning.. I’m almost feeling like I’m losing brain capacity or somthing.. anyways thanks for the reminder to add in straight arm push downs again.

You should go see a doctor, fella.

Agreed, but I don’t want them to take my license and shit if there is something wrong by chance :/

Cross that bridge when you get to it. If there is something actually wrong, your mind is more important than your license. A stable mind is worth far more than a license could ever be.

Plus, it's pretty unusual to lose your license for a medical issue so it really shouldn't be a consideration. Go.

Not unusual at all in Canada.. I’ve had it taken once medically, they took my moms because of her narcolepsy and then they gave it back to her eventually, mine is still technically medically revoked but active until next month and the doctor that took it is writing the MTO to get it back for me, I don’t want to fuck that up, but at the same time I do need to see a doctor maybe.
