So have you had stuff crash so you used mct instead? Ive never had anything crash and I use lower amounts of solvents in gso it makes me wonder if im doing something wrong haha

MCT some people can react to but if you don't people seem to like it, it's much thinner almost like water compared to GSO. Give it a try you may find it great.

This is the brand I've been using and really like so far.
Without EO I highly doubt you will get higher than 25mg/ml, with 50/50 eo/mct you should have no problem getting 50mg/ml.
If you make a suspension you can go 100mg/ml no problem. As soon as my polysorbate80 arrives I'll be making a 50ml batch of test-susp and posting a simple step by step how to git er done

Damn.. I was hoping I could get 50mg/ml with just mct. I don't mind ordering/finding some EO. I prefer to get it as high I reasonably possible to keep the volume down for pinning. Thanks man. You can always try brewing it at 50mg/ml going 1/25 and if it crystallizes in the vials you can just boil the vials for 30 minutes and that should get it to hold, if not just warm the vials before you pull it out. Either way up to you.

I honestly don’t notice the difference in viscosity of gso vs mct I pin daily with 30g 1inch and 1mL syringes and have to warm both to get them to pin decently. I’ve used 25g and they don’t require heat and both pin the same in my experience

Strange I always hear about how thin it is mentioned but I pin backloaded slin pins with GSO without warming them, just gotta push hard and not hit scar tissue on a 29g slin.
MCT/Mig always even look less viscous in the photos but I have no experience.
Gso is WAY thicker than 100% pure mct oil so not sure what brands you are using.

Using GSO from medlab and 100% MCT made from coconut oil from amazon. I can tell the difference by feeling them in my fingers but when it comes to pinning them I haven’t noticed a difference. I actually switch to brewing with mct from gso to see if it pinned “better” but in my experience that hasn’t been the case.
I guess medical grade gso is thinner than non medical grade.

Hmm.. idk. Could be dosage? I have my test, currently the only thing I’ve brewed, dosed at 200mg/mL. I’ve tried finding the actual viscosity rating of both oils and have yet to find an exact answer

You may be right.. I have lab grade pre filtered mct and it's super thin.. I think food grade is different..

Nice.. I've had great results so far.. super thin and clean.. I believe you will be very happy with it.. I have never used any other mct oil. When I started brewing I found that and liked how.it was lab grade/sterile vs grocery store mct.. is it better idk.. can't be worse lol
