Removing remaining product from filter

Before discarding a 33mm .22 filter how many ml of fresh oil should I run through the filter so not to loose any product remaining in the filter?

What I do is draw back plunger all the way (empty) tje screw to filter and push the air through and that seem to get almost all of it out without risking diluting my batch at all.. it's ok to lose a little for the steroid gods!! Lol
