Any funny, pin horror stories?

On my first pin, I didn't have any specific needles, but I had a naloxone kit, so used one of them. I was not aware that naloxone needles have a spring system that causes the sharp to rocket back into the plunger for safety after the medicine is dispensed. So I loaded it up with test E, pinned it into my glute, and slowly pushed down the plunger. At the end of injecting, I heard a fast "whoosh" sound and was left holding the syringe, needleless with no idea what the fuck happened. I immediately thought that the needle broke, and my butt had created a vacuum pressure; deciding to suck the needle into the muscle. Having been already quite nervous, this put it over the top and I passed out.

i believe @stone988 had the same experience with an auto retracting needle.

i have no real horror stories. Hit a nerve in the same quad twice when i was young and stupid and using too much gear. It wasn't pleasant, but it also wasn't horrifying.

The only other thing was accidentally injecting with the same needle twice. i was so deep in thought and halfway through the second injection before i noticed the new (wrapped) syringe sitting there on the dresser.

I pinned just a ml of that messed up brew... suddenly lof of red spots appeared on my arms, i was driving and couldnt check the whole body, i felt very warm and something very bad that i dont even remember...i thought i was dying...

Worse than the worse tren cough I had, that made me puck and shortened my breath almost to death...

5 days ago I was doing a ventro glute shot. Z tracked, warmed the oil. Went in like butter. I was probably 6 inches away from my bathroom counter. I pulled the needle out and 2-3 spurts shot 10" and almost made it into the sink. Almost gave myself a pat on the back for the distance I covered. My leg was immediately covered by a heavy stream of blood. If it had been my first pin it probably would've been my last.
