I wasn’t trying to be negative brother, sorry if it came across that way, I was more so joking about the fact that naps is a well known and proven selective scammer, does he have real gear to sell? Yes he probably does, which raises the question why this man with such a huge and profitable business (his claim) wouldn’t want to send the correct order every time to each and every client, instead he picks who’s gonna get gear, who’s gone get a whole order and who’s not gonna get fuck all, it’s just a weird business model.

I can see how my comment would be perceived a a negative response but I also think it was a little silly to say that you should place an order with him just to “throw in in the faces of naps haters”, I think I almost perceived it as an act of spite, and continued with a joke being that it would be funny when you didn’t receive your order or only received part of it 6 months later after placing an order to “throw it in our faces” that’s all man.

it doesnt really matter if i agree or disagree with the rule, it isnt my decision to make, its yours. I was replying to @TrennedOutLunatic. It is true, you and i dont always agree on things, although alot of times we do. Regardless, Ive always respected your views and decisions, especially when placed in a difficult position. If you interpreted my comment as a dig at you, it wasnt.

It has nothing to do with point of view. Whether you consider the member a "good guy" or a "bad guy" is irrelevant. Also irrelevant is the motive behind the rule violation whether they say or you think it was a "joke", whether it was "conditional', whether they or you believe it was "justified" or "understandable".

All that matters is whether the party threatened (physical) harm to another party.

Did this happen? Yes or no.

This is a no-brainer when it comes to impartial enforcement.

Apparently you have never had your shipping information posted on the net.

I have used naps a half dozen times over the last 15 years and they have delivered, but I never thought they would keep my private info to be hacked.

Theres enough info out there about naps to do a quick search and make an informed decision. So I couldn't have cared less about him or his thread until he threatended to dox members. Any of the so called retalitory threats which were simply defensive warnings shouldve resulted in at worst a pm discussion with the member. Context generally matters but meh.

The rules matter too. And enforcing the rules consistently as well.

But your point is well-taken. However, the rules would need to be changed to reflect your suggestion.

I am not inclined to do this because it makes enforcement much more subjective. I'm not going to spend time finding exceptions and special circumstances where it is acceptable to promote violence and harm to others.

How about just not threatening to harm other members at all? It is a simple rule. It's not that complicated. It's clear-cut. Respect the rules. Respect the forum. Just don't do it.

Point to who I’m protecting

This theory has been around for years. A few years back at asf there was a rumor that I had a stake in the "Behind the Scenes Lab" here at meso. Sources and members from paid source boards are taken aback when they first see the meso way that started back when the Underground opened in 2012. Meso has traffic. What you all do here makes a difference. If it didn't this naps rep/owner wouldn't be here defending his brand. Meso matters.

Sources on paid boards are so used to being stroked and being able to shut down anyone that doesn't post sparkling reviews. This business is a dirty business. Naps, Uncle Z and labs he owns and hides behind, and other sources that feed off of noobs are an entitled lot.

Without meso, these sources would go unchecked. Naps would come off smelling like roses and there would be no talk of their checkered past....which is real. There would be no incentive to improve if it was buried.
Same with testing. The old time sources would love to see meso wiped off the the net. Testing has forced these sons a bitches straighten up and fly right.

This naps rep would look better with some humility and honesty. Acknowledge the past and strive to improve. He comes off like a 20 yr old entitled drug dealer who knows that he's going to make money no matter what he has for product because he owns the busiest corner in the drug infested hood. The noobs that don't know better know only one way into town and its past the naps owned corner. They are gonna buy no matter what.

He wants respect from real vets in the Community. He's got a lot of work if he's ever gonna see that day. Its the one thing he can't buy.
