Anybody smoke on cycle?

I’m talking about cigarettes, been smoking heavy for about 4 years. 1.5-2 packs a day. I frame houses for a living so being active all day has sort of curbed the effects, or so I like to think. Anyway I’m about 3 months back into lifting and about 7 weeks into my first cycle. I haven’t decreased my smoking and I smoke a lot of weed as well. I know it’s terrible and counterproductive but I can’t imagine quitting atm. Anyone else in a similar position?

Not currently, I finally kicked nicotine after smoking for 20 years or so. I quit like 3 years ago. It's definitely one of the harder things.to quit, and I've run the Gambit as far as substances. I mean obviously you'd be better off quiting. That said I'm sure you'll still get results given your pretty new to lifting.and PEDs

One of the reasons I started lifting again was to see if it would help me quit. I've smoked cigs now cigars, for 35 years. Five months in - still smoking. Forget fasted cardio. I'm a cigar fasted cardio guy.
 
I mean if your not too worried about longevity and your goals will never include competing theeeeen i mean its up to you. Steroids already boost your blood pressure because the increase in red blood cell count so your heart works harder. Your already killing you oxygen delivering ability so your gonna take a hit on progress. Its an overall bad idea to out more strain on your cardiac system above what steroids does. If you take up blasting and cruising i would definetly quit asap. Cause long term steroid use and smoking you will probably be heading quick towards the ole dirt nap haha. If its any constellation i dont get any cravings like i used to when I was natty. The mental effects of gear work well for me. I dont feel the need to drink either.
 
Yeah I smoke one before the gym, right after the gym. Hasn’t been hindering gains, i just don’t know if I can run tren or anadrol smoking this much. I’m just on test e as of now

I quit smoking cigarettes over 20 years ago. That was honestly the hardest thing I've ever had to give up. I remember having my truck loaded up at work but having to wait around for 10 minutes in case we got a last minute order before it was time to leave. I found myself walking around, not knowing what the fuck to do with myself. Same with when I started the truck. I wanted to light a cigarette simultaneously. I've been on some heavy shit as well through the years but stopping cigarettes was the hardest, for sure.

I still smoke Backwoods full of good weed way too much, and should probably at least slow my roll, but for now I will continue with 5+ on a regular day and up to 10 on a busy one. Just the cost of the backwoods is starting to get ridiculous, nevermind the weed.

I'm starting to realize that. People either have or past addiction problems or their smokers, drinkers or past that too. Very few like my wife and I who grew up active and if we don't workout just eat SUPER healthy all the time. Even in highschool I'd go on hunting trips with parents and not smoke the whole time.
I have a brother the same age and he's exactly the same way.

Not to get too off topic but in the last year I've had a lot of testing done on my heart's function and cardiac testing. The specific testing is escaping me at the moment. It basically checks your arteries to see the impact bad cholesterol has had on it.
Liver and kidneys are 100%. I'm surprised with the crazy cycles I've ran with GH and slin.
 
Smoke a pack a day
BP is currently 120/80 (Been slacking lately on Cardio and need to donate blood)

If I donate I'll be around 110/70 at a pack a day.

Friend of mine ran an Army Ironman while crushing smokes, some guys smoke 5 or 6 and wheeze

Tren cardio fucked my day lol
My ass was getting tired walking upstairs lmao

I blast and cruise, but I also typically eat clean
Lift 5 or 6 days... 3 days Cardio
I'm also a carpenter/Site super... so I walk about 15km per day.
 
I don't know where you guys find the time to smoke two packs a day. I used to smoke a pack and even then I felt like I was smoking constantly... I can't imagine double that.

Anyways, grow a pair and give it up. You'll look back and say it was the best move you ever made... And you'll be right. It sucked for me for about a week or so and then I was over it. Wellbutrin is a really well tolerated drug that helps people quit, give that a look. Get the monkey off your back, keep some years on your life.

I'd chew on Bic pens when driving the first couple months off of them. That and the patch step 1 2 weeks, step 2 2 weeks, step 3 2 weeks. Just think sh all 3 steps even though you'll probably feel like you don't need to

Yeah, that was a big reason I struggled with quitting because my job at the time involved tons of travel and that's just what you did to chill... But, you get over it. Chew gum, drink a coke, etc... You forget.

Even all the newer nicotine products are way better than cigarettes and something to consider moving onto... Get away from all the tar and shit in regular cigarettes. Nicotine pouches or even nicotine gum. Step in a better direction.

Probably been like 10 years ago now. I gave it up but would occasionally smoke socially when drinking. But, I stayed up till 4am one time playing cards, drinking and chain smoking... When I woke up, I felt so fucking horrifically hungover I couldn't bear to think of smoking a cigarette ever again. To this day I hate the smell, and I used to like it... That whole smoking the pack thing worked.
