I can't sleep after intense workouts. I am pretty sure my volume is lower than most people on this forum and I take a week off every other month. So I dont think it's over training. I am also conservative with stimulants and caffeine and never dose later than like 3ish when I lift
I sort of feel like I get a hormone surge at night. I dont have any concrete data to support that other than subjective libido spike before bed and middle of the night. Anyone else have this issue?
