Hello friends!

So, as the title suggests I'm currently a newbie on the whole gear thing. So far I've spent a loooooot of time researching what's the ins and outs of this, seemingly, new world to me! There's so much stuff I want to know before even considering my first cycle (okay, I'm already considering my first cycle, but alas). This is the first forum I've found so far that's not being heavily censored and where everyone can speak openly and about everything.

First and foremost I would like to introduce myself, you can skip this if you can't be arsed. I'm 24 years old and have been working out since I was 17. Learning from the best in the industry, mainly Ben Pakulski and his Mi40 Nation & Muscle Intelligence stuff. Both in terms of diet and working out. I got myself a really solid build, at least if I do say so myself, about 90kg at 186 sitting around 15% BF. That was until I turned 21 and got diagnosed with ALL (Acute lymphoblastic leukemia). Needless to say, that physique disappeared before my very eyes and eventually the thickest part of my legs was my knees. Ended up at around 70kgs at probably 30% BF when i was over the heaviest chemo. Luckily I've made a superb recovery and am now finishing my last bit of treatment which consists of chemo pills with not super hard side-effects. I'm able to train hard and eat a moderate amount of food. Now I'm on 85kg at about 20-25% BF. Feeling okay!

So that's me. A recovering cancer patient. And now I'm considering jumping on the gear after i end my treatment completely and have recovered for some months, so that the shit meds can clear out of my system. My bloodwork is completely normal, apart from slight liver enzyme increase and a lowered immune system, which is all according to plan and should return to perfect after as little as 30 days. I'm quite "experienced" in reading bloodwork, as i get it done every week, literally, every single week, for 2 years now.

My plan was to follow the good old KISS formular. Keeping it to the simplest i could come up with. A pure testosterone cycle. 250mg per week. Administered every other day to minimize spikes and free T.

What I'm wondering, is how long one could do a cycle like that, safely? I'd really like to hear some of the more experienced people's opinions on my thoughts of a good beginner cycle!

Also, I'm missing a quite important piece of the puzzle to this. Sourcing. I've read a bit about getting steroids to Denmark being an absolute pain in the ass? I don't want to go to some random street pusher who home brews whatever the fuck there might actually be in those vials. I want to feel somewhat safe with injecting this stuff into my body. And of course avoid the popos showing up at my door!

I know this post was probably a bit drawn out and surely the 1000th of it's kind. The only way to learn is from the people who know more than you after all! And i would love to get as much information soaked up as humanly possible before treading into this uncharted territory. Tell me everything!

More test, 400-600mg is simple.

My cycles are 500mg test a week. My first cycle was the same as my first. It’s all entirely manageable.

Many people run 250 test continuously as a cruise or trt dose, the question is if you want to be on the rest of your life, do you want to have kids and what your blood work looks like on it

This seems like a fairly ludicrous amount of testosterone to run for cruise and especially TRT. From the knowledge I've gathered myself, it seems the average male produces about 50mg of test per week. Being in a 5x that is surely a bit overkill for TRT? Haha.

I would like to have kids, already have the first one coming in February, which had to be made through fertility treatment because of my cancer and stuff. Would you become infertile at a cycle of 250mg per week? Or is there simply a high risk? Also, do you know how easily the body would recover from something like that? I know it depends on how you respond to the stuff, but a guestimate :)

Thanks!

So, from my understanding; Once we inject exogenous testosterone, our own production shuts down. That’s why our balls shrink as we no longer have LH and FSH floating around. LH makes our body stay producing our own testosterone, and when testosterone and FSH meet it encourages spermatogenisis. So, basically we ‘should’ be infertile on blast or cruise, even using HCG. But, in a lot of cases babies are still conceived. And it kinda goes against the ‘science’. So all in all, no one can predict infertility.

Ah, that makes good sense! So it seems with proper PCT and a "safer" dose, you can regain your fertility. Do you happen to know anything about sourcing the stuff in Europe? More specifically Denmark?

Check the underground section, there’s plenty of EU based guys.

250 a week put me at 1018 total test so everyone is different. I think I've always had relatively low test though, 250 is all I ran my first 2 cycles and got great results, that was a long time ago and I didn't do any blood work so all just guesses.

As far as fertility, I've known a bunch of guys who ended up with a knocked up old ladies while on a cycle and one of the guys it was actually his kid

I thought the HCG stimulated the testies by itself and would keep proper function even with the LH and FSH shut down?

That's great haha! I guess I should get my testosterone checked before I do anything else. Thought it'll be a while before I start the cycle.

Fertility for me isn't super important, it would obviously be more fun to make the next one naturally. And I'd like to avoid having to put my girlfriend through another round of fertility treatment, if possible. So i guess it'd be a smart choice to postpone it even a few years until we have all the kids we want then.

If I’m wrong I’m wrong. I’m here to learn myself. But from what I know, HCG to keep testicular size by making testosterone. But HMG to keep the sperm going.

For Ancillaries I stick with ExpressPCT. I’m EU also.

That’s down to preference. I use Mactropin solely based on positive reviews and their carrier oil. I take massive allergic reactions (proven by blood work) to MIG/MCT oil.

I'd recommend checking out steroids subreddit and reading the whole wiki. It has large amounts of quality, plain and simple information, especially suited for begginers. Read the daily AA.

If I’m wrong I’m wrong. I’m here to learn myself. But from what I know, HCG to keep testicular size by making testosterone.
You are in fact wrong. Since you’re here to learn here’s the short version: Spermatogenesis requires testosterone to act as a sort of barrier during the process. HCG causes you to produce testosterone, thus allowing you to remain fertile. Now no guarantees if it will work for everyone, but for most men on trt HCG is enough to maintain fertility. If one was to be extra cautious they’d add enclomiphene to their regimen and cover all their bases. That’s the fifth grade version. I will not do the college sophomore level Physiology 201 lecture as it’s Saturday and we don’t hold classes on the Sabbath.
