Well I managed to aquire about a dozen different programs from various guys and several more from Meadows.

The Honey Badger program looked pretty good and so did a couple others but I think Creeping Death fits me quite well since I've been doing mostly PPL style lifting the last few tears barring a few month window where I went back to a bro split to compensate for being just plain wore out.

I've finished a general outline of what my diet is going to look like. I'm guessing I'll be starting on the Monday of next week after I get a weekend of carbs in me.

I'm still 50/50 on whether I'm going to run a 500mg a week beginners cycle concurrently during the program. We'll see what my bloodwork says when I get it back this week so I'll go from there

Hopefully your hand will heal up fine and why not try using a soft ball to squeeze it and rebuild your grip strength?
 
Well here we have it a 10× bloodwork! I'm guessing Stans test cyp was overdosed. I tool 125mg on Wednesday morning and got blood drawn on Friday morning. Wrll at least I know where to dose at if I want a 3500 level for a cycle.

On another note though, holy shit! Look at my estrogen levels! I've always ran a little out of range on my estrogen levels but this is nuts. I'm guessing the keto diet is having some sort of effect on converting test to estrogen.

All my other numbers came back well within range.

The only problem I have with this test result is the FRIGGIN IDIOTS didn't test my cholesterol levels which I repeatedly stated was one of the things I was most concerned about:mad:20210729_105022.jpg
 
I have plenty of arimidex and aromasin on hand. I won't be taking the arimidex cause the more I learned about that shit over the past few years the more it scares me but I guess I'll start in with aromatic for a few weeks and get retested.

Dude, get another test and make them pay for it. They do this shit to me, then I go right back in and say they didn’t give me what I asked for and paid for, and to give me the blood work. They legally have to.

Someone said their legs grew like crazy using a recumbent bike for an extended period of time. Any truth to this?
I don’t know about recumbent bikes, but weighted vests work really well. Just need to walk around with a 40-140lb weighted vest and see how long you can last. And keep going and going until you literally can’t.

So far so good. I ended my cutting diet Friday and I started my Creeping Death 2 Program yesterday. It was such a pleasure to workout with carbs I'm my system again, best workout I've had in 3 months by a wide mile.

Since my bloods came back in check I decided to run a moderate dosed test only cycle alongside the Creeping Death program. It's kind of my own custom blend lol. I had one bottle I didn't know I had of test prop and two half bottles of sustanon so I combined the propionate to the two half bottles and I'm gonna run them out to completion and see where I fall.

This the beginning of the end of my anabolic forays. I'm not going to make anymore black market purchases of gear and I don't have any personal local sources and I've only got 2 cycles worth of test left. Wherever I wind up when this is over will be what it is I guess.
 
I do have a lot of unbalanced symmetry and low tier genetics on a lot of body parts but one thing I can hold my head up high for is my triceps. I can and do put very little effort into my triceps and they just grow like weeds with or without gear. I apologize to yall about the lack of updates. I'm still putting in work but with this creeping death program I don't have much time for anything but work, gym dinner and bed lol
 
Nice work and my tris respond quite well too, and my left one tends to be stronger than my right even if I train them the same...go figure.

I go to a PF myself now and then as well and go to a better gym across town when I'm in the mood LOL.

Good juxtaposition of that sign in the mirror...bet you could use a massage haha.

This thread has been a good read. Great to see your progress and see another lifter coming back strong. Too bad I wasn't reading the threads to contribute earlier. I know for the time being you're done with keto style dieting. But have you ever tried the old Body Opus diet by the late Dan Duchaine? It's basically a keto diet for five days and then carb loading for two days. You basically start a keto style diet Sunday night and follow a high fat moderate protein diet throughout the week and come Friday, you do a really intense long workout. He said to do an all body style workout but I didn't follow that. Then, after Friday's workout you nearly cut out all fats and switch to a carb and protein diet. You're eating small meals very frequently which can be a pain. He even suggests to get up at night every few hours to eat to keep the carb loading going. I actually did follow the diet protocol to the letter but when I tried to do it a second time I just couldn't get out of bed every few hours to eat. I need a good night of uninterrupted sleep. And thankfully I didn't notice it hurting my progress at all.

I will say that I looked my best ever and I didn't even have to do cardio. The two days of carbs really help to fill you out and your muscles plump up. Then as you switch back to a keto style diet your body will use your fat stores and you keep losing fat over the weeks. I will say that I started to lose too much fat too fast and the skin around my abdominals started to sag a bit. If I didn't have perfect posture my abs started to look like that of a really old man. I was around 200lb, on 150-200mg of prescribed testosterone and I'm 5'10".

Just something to look into if you want to go back to a keto style diet but also want to get some carb loading at the same time. Yes, I know it's old school but it worked very well for me. Perhaps give it a try.
 
Back shot. I wish my lats and shoulders grew as well as my traps do. People always say gear gives you big delts and traps well I get traps but gear sure as shit doesn't affect my deltoids as much as it does other people which I guess is good and bad. I wish my delts were bigger but still in proportion to my bis and tris, I think it's comical when I see guys with big shoulder but underdeveloped bis and tris (yall know the look I'm talking about lol)

Some people may have a hard time to get shoulders to grow and I'm in the same boat. Been hitting dumbbell seated presses, side laterals and barbell front raises along with seated rear delt flys. Have you done those?

I do just about every shoulder exercise under the sun except for upright rows, they kill my wrists! My shoulders do ok I guess but I see some guys hop on gear and 12 weeks later they are sporting big ass delts like they've been liftin half their lives.

The guy in those pics I posted, if you took his shoulders away his arms wouldn't indicate he lifted at all period. That Dylan Gemelli "all shoulders no arm density" look is the stupidest looking physique in all of fitness. I laugh out loud when I see them in the gym. Why would you keep pushing and increasing your shoulders so out of proportion to the rest of your physique!??! Don't you think you should have backed off a little on the shoulders and worked harder to bring up your arms a little bit more?

Good points and I do realize some people do have a harder time bringing up some parts while some parts are quick responders to training. My tris and bis seem to be quick respondiing for me but my delts and traps aren't.

Dylan Gemelli is a great example of those who do delts every day LOL.
