Slow filtering, what am I doing wrong?

and you need a glass media bottle GL45… dont use the plastic one that comes with the top filter, it crashes after 2 seconds… and even dont store oils into plastic bottles… BB destroys the plastic… personal experience
Yep right bb eats plastic not a good idea to use plastic container or filters

I did 262 with 20/2 without heat. Just left it in the cupboard over night.
I got tired of using my stove top for heat so I bought a mixer with a hot plate. Bought a cheap off of eBay for I think $55.

I know you said you didn’t need the heat, but so far for my bold cyp and test prop I used a bit of heat to help speed up the process, as I have rather limited windows of time in which I can do this.

I've had my BB in the plastic container it came in. How soon do you see it eating plastic? Because it's been 5 months and there's not sign of anything.

This is more or less a guess since I am not a chemist, but different types of plastics can hold up to different types of chemicals. I'm sure your BB (and mine as well) came in a plastic container resistant to BB.

I have done quite a bit of reading in the homebrew section, so based on the info I have gathered, here are my recipes for the rest of the compounds I have left to brew:

Test cyp, 250 mg/mL (+10%, 275), 20/2
DHB, 125 mg/mL (+10%, 137.5), 20/2
NPP, 125 mg/mL (+10%, 137.5), 20/2
Tren A, 125 mg/mL (+10%, 137.5), 20/2
Tren E, 250 mg/mL (+10%, 275), 20/2
Trest A, 100 mg/mL, 20/2, I use so little I didn't plan to overdose
Primo E, 200 mg/mL (+10%, 220), 20/2

I prefer to have slightly higher doses when possible to pin less oil. This is all personal use, so I don't care about it being able to hold up to weather/temperature changes. It'll always be kept around 70F.
If you're going to be using MCT oil 1/18 will work for pretty much everything and 2/20 will absolutely work for everything. I always use the low heat setting and let stir for an hour or more If I'm busy and all my brews turn hold just fine.

Fair enough, I was afraid it wouldn't based on some of the things I have heard/read. Just that it's one of the harder compounds to get into solution. I can give it a try at that concentration
Primo-e in thicker oils has a tendency to crash if not brewed properly or If cold, but primo-e and the majority of the regular compounds will hold extremely well in MCT oil especially if you use a small amount of heat, and low heat even for an hour won't hurt the compounds. I'm 99.999% sure that primo-e will hold at 300mg/ml at 2/22 and have very little pip If that's something you'd be interested In trying.

Cheers bro :)

I suppose I'll just keep it at 2/20 for now, unless switching to 1/18 makes that big of a difference in PIP or something. I only bought 4 grams of Primo E, so I don't have a ton to brew. It was expensive and I have never used it before, so I didn't want to invest a ton of money into something I may end up not liking.

I use 1/18 for all my brews in mct oil, but 2/20 won't have any noticeable increase in PIP.

Probably with 2/25 in mct oil, but make sure you let it stir on low heat for at least an hour then stir another hour or two with no heat. Should hold, but pip might be a real cocksucker so brew a small test batch first and see how she feels :)
Thank you! I want to make a high concetration to pin a smaller amount. I was thinking at susta to make 400mg but I have testosterone decanoate in the view that I think that is a better choice to brew at 400mg

Yah test decanoate would be a better option or you could go 250 test-e/250 test-u ;)

I don't want to mess with test e anymore as I don't know if the problem with pip is still around. Probably I will go with test d and try a small batch at 400mg and if it dosen't go well I will do at 350mg and that should be ok

My test decanoate package just came I will brew it at 400mg/ml with 2/20 ba/bb will let you know about pip

I have been trying to find densities for the compounds I am using. It seems there is a very small and incomplete list of chemical densities, so I will add what I have found here in my thread:

DHB: 1.105 g/cm^3
NPP: 1.014 g/cm^3
Trest A: 1.1 g/cm^3
Primo E: 1.05 g/cm^3

Which would make the displacement of each:

DHB: .905
NPP: .986
Trest A: .909
Primo E: .952

Hopefully this helps someone else. I didn't put the others in here because they seem to be well known

EDIT: I want to add boldenone cypionate, which I did not have when I brewed it, so I just assumed .900 displacement.

bold cyp density: 1.15
Bold cyp displacement: .870

I habe done alot of oil through a syringe filters woth 3ml syringe and it shouldn't be that hard.. I I always habe oil at 80-90 degrees.. helps some..
The bigger the syringe the harder it is to push by hand..
I used 20guage needle.. I would switch filter about every 5tg to 6th vial.

I think it was just a piece of shit filter that was too small
