Refined or Unrefined GSO

I don’t tolerate mct very well. I have used gso in premade stuff before and liked it. But do I brew with refined or unrefined gso? Any recommendations on a good brand ?

The better quality oil is the best choice

I used refined gso. Cant say I notice a difference but it makes me feel better haha

Personally I look for unrefined oils, as organic as possible.. I got a bottle of USP GSO, and the MCT bottle is pure organic C8 only oil.
