Here’s my physique on literally like 1-2000 calories and 150 gram protein tops

I haven’t ate in a surplus forever.

how much am I shooting myself in the foot by not eating I feel I could be actually somethi ng decent if I ate

Good base... don’t be too hard on yourself. The past is the past.

If you want to get bigger start eating more (lots of protein) and throwing around some heavy slag iron.

I just started one. I have serious appetite issues so I’m trying to bulk on 6k calories using only shakes and when I see how I do with the calories I’ll adjust from there
 
Yeah 6k is too much. You have a very good base to work with. Start with 3k or 3500 maybe. Seriously. 6k will just be too much and you will end up gaining fat. Don't pull a Dreamer Bulk lol

What gear are you running with this bulk, if any?
 
You are fairly lean buddy. If you do it right, then you can grow in good shape. That the most funniest way to grow..

Thanks guys I’m looking to run tren at 350 might drop to 200 not sure yet depends on acne and then Superdrol. Test at trt because it makes me shed bad now. I was considering throwing some deca in but not sure never stacked 19nors. And 4-5iu of hgh
 
Also the first pic is me now the other two are like a year ago so I’m lean ish but first pic is me now
 
IMO TRT test + 350 NPP + 200 mast would be my bulk choice. I love bulking on NPP. It is just wonderful for me. Not a big fan of tren personally.

I haven’t done tren in 2 years so I figured I’d do a quick 4-5 week I really like deca but it makes me kinda depressed

I do have a question actually. So I’m usually unable to eat full solid meals unless it tastes like really good can I effectively bulk just drinking like 5 shakes a day of 2 scoops of protein 2 cups whole milk a block of ramen and a serving of peanut butter? This makes the process much easier for me. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. I can adjust calories as I see results but lots have trouble gaining weight on tren so I figured I’d start off big not worried about some fat gain if I can just get over 200

So log on to MyFitnessPal, break out the twenty dollar food scale from Walmart, and, starting tomorrow, increasing protein to 200 and calories to 2500.

After a week of sticking to that, see what you look like and whether there are any changes in the scale. If things are improving, then do another week. If not, then increase protein to 225 and calories to 2800.

2800 calories would be 225 protein, 50 fat, and 360 carbs.

And if you are gaining just stick to it. If you stall, then increase calories to 3000.

I bet by the time you are at 250 protein, 80 fat, and 450 carbs, you will be 215 and growing steadily.

4 eggs for breakfast and three additional meals of 6-8 ounces ( or 200 grams) of meat (e.g., chicken). That's only 4 meals and not very huge portions.

That would actually come out to 214 grams of protein for the day. Add some oats to your eggs for breakfast and potatoes or sweet potatoes or Jasmin rice to some or all of those meals to fill out the rest of your calories, and voila! Macros done for the day. Easy.

Four meals this size should be easy to eat.

Notice we haven't even added anything like shakes. Prepare your own meals. Premeasure. Bring a couple of them to work.

6000 calories? Save that for when you need it to grow. You are not anywhere near there yet.

I appreciate your in depth advice I do want to try this shake thing first though because of onvienence if it ends up not working I will go with exactly what you said. This would be the shake macros I know my fats are high I’ve never had them this high before and it’s my prediction I’ll have to lower them quite rapidly but I also have a bit of a fast metabolism I think and the only thing to ever augment that has been fats

You could try MENT + Mast. That's what I'm thinking of doing next. MENT is awesome mentally and physically. I had serious body temp issues but I think it was due to MENT + Test together.

I’m terrified of losing anymore hair that’s the issue

Remove the mast and this would be decently hair-safe (assuming no finasteride). Then again, why not take some finasteride and blast test?
