I just started one. I have serious appetite issues so I’m trying to bulk on 6k calories using only shakes and when I see how I do with the calories I’ll adjust from thereGood base... don’t be too hard on yourself. The past is the past.
If you want to get bigger start eating more (lots of protein) and throwing around some heavy slag iron.

If you haven't been eating more than 2000kcal a day for years.. Then don't start on 6k. Build it up slowly or you just gonna get fat. Start at 3k kcalI just started one. I haven’t done tren in 2 years so I figured I’d do a quick 4-5 week I really like deca but it makes me kinda depressedIMO TRT test + 350 NPP + 200 mast would be my bulk choice. I love bulking on NPP. It is just wonderful for me. Not a big fan of tren personally.
I do have a question actually. So I’m usually unable to eat full solid meals unless it tastes like really good can I effectively bulk just drinking like 5 shakes a day of 2 scoops of protein 2 cups whole milk a block of ramen and a serving of peanut butter? This makes the process much easier for me. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. I can adjust calories as I see results but lots have trouble gaining weight on tren so I figured I’d start off big not worried about some fat gain if I can just get over 200Good base... don’t be too hard on yourself. The past is the past.

So log on to MyFitnessPal, break out the twenty dollar food scale from Walmart, and, starting tomorrow, increasing protein to 200 and calories to 2500.Here’s my physique on literally like 1-2000 calories and 150 gram protein tops
PS - that is 3520 caloriesI bet by the time you are at 250 protein, 80 fat, and 450 carbs, you will be 215 and growing steadily.

I appreciate your in depth advice I do want to try this shake thing first though because of onvienence if it ends up not working I will go with exactly what you said. This would be the shake macros I know my fats are high I’ve never had them this high before and it’s my prediction I’ll have to lower them quite rapidly but I also have a bit of a fast metabolism I think and the only thing to ever augment that has been fatsSo what does 200 grams of protein look like?
4 eggs for breakfast and three additional meals of 6-8 ounces ( or 200 grams) of meat (e.g., chicken). That's only 4 meals and not very huge portions.
That would actually come out to 214 grams of protein for the day. Add some oats to your eggs for breakfast and potatoes or sweet potatoes or Jasmin rice to some or all of those meals to fill out the rest of your calories, and voila! Macros done for the day. Easy.
Four meals this size should be easy to eat.
Notice we haven't even added anything like shakes. Prepare your own meals. Premeasure. Bring a couple of them to work.
You could try MENT + Mast. That's what I'm thinking of doing next. MENT is awesome mentally and physically.
