Chicken shake, can I get big on this

Chewing is an important part of digestion. Even on a liquid diet. It produces saliva full of digestive enzymes. Chugging down a chicken shake may not be the best for digestion.

What about micronutrients? How do you get those??
I read that those who do not chew hard food on a regular basis, their gastrointestinal tract starts to work worse and their teeth begin to deteriorate. I don't know how much this is true

I'm not sure about tooth deterioration, but I could definitely see it having an impact on gut microbiome. Especially people who are swelling chunks of food. If the chunk is too big then it will essentially just rot in your intestines. This can cause gas as well as promote bad bacteria to grow in places they shouldn't. Idk if a blended diet would have the same effect, perhaps it could just not as severe since any "chunks" of food are eliminated by blending? Really no idea though.

Yes, I agree that you write reasonable things. And I think it's worth listening to them. and really overeating also does not benefit the gastrointestinal tract

Yeah for $700 a week
Or $120. Factor 75 is delicious. 12 meals a week delivered for $110-$130. Vegan, low calorie and keto options also. Freshly is good too. I’m going to try my local Clean Eatz meal service next. But man it makes it easy.

I have a service business so I have my work truck with me daily. I put the meal trays in a zippered heating bag and plug it into inverter in cig lighter in truck. 1 hour later my healthy, delicious meal is ready for pounding. Gotta make some sacrifices if you work and are busy and still want to eat right. It requires planning and discipline. Better to embrace those early in life to avoid some major discomfort and disappointment later.
