I received my package today. Everything I ordered, well packed and put together, the included FREE gift for the delay due to Chinese New Year was 2 bottles of the underdosed EQ mentioned on page 7 of this thread tested by Jano.

I'm guessing it would have arrived a week faster if not for Chinese New Year's. I am on the West Coast.

In fact our average delivery time to the US is around 20 days.
Our process is like this:
We send packages from our warehouse to freight forwarders in Shenzhen, China or Hong Kong, China. This takes around 3-7 days.
Freight forwarders collect packages that are delivered nationwide. Then arrange for a flight to the United States. Complete customs clearance upon arrival in the United States. If the package is intercepted by customs, we will resend the package. This is the most uncertain part, because it is necessary to ensure that the aircraft is fully loaded. And the customs clearance time is not stable, and there is a risk of not being able to pass through the customs (of course, these risks are borne by us).
After the package passes through customs and arrives on the west coast of the United States, the freight forwarder will resend the package to the customer. This will take about 3-5 days.
As an international shipping, I am very satisfied with this speed.
