Im at week 7 and i woke up at 1am went back to sleep now it 4am…. I get almost full nights sometimes but its the cumulative effect that starts creeping on you. With training, work etc it starts to wear you down.Alright so it has been a week, just keeping my updates on here. So what’s weird is i wouldn’t say I have insomnia but I wake up at like 4 am every night and some nights I only get 6 hours of sleep and wake up feeling super rested? Still don’t know if I feel the “kick in feeling” ? Doing 30mg a day being a new tren ace user
I felt worse on 30/day than 50/day.30mg ED is too low an amount to feel any side effects, they generally come at 500mg/wk onwards. At this amount you will not necessarily feel a kick in either, what happens with me is warm ups and sets start to feel lighter as it builds up a level in your system which on ace typically takes around 6 days to reach its peak.
What about for gains ? It’s been a week and I’m up 2 lbs ? Is that’s good. Some mornings I’m 215 others 218 and I eat the same things everydayI felt worse on 30/day than 50/day.
One thing with trenbolone I find is they all feel slightly different to each other in terms of the Lab you buy from, some can make you feel like not eating, depressed and downright shit whereas others such as the one I have used for the past 2 plus years make me feel really good and on a high non stop. Mine is to just pack on more size! That’s why im keeping test high. Now why everytime I pin my right shoulder blood shoots out. Never have had this problem? Did my tren leak out? Do I need to take another shot?My goal is to lean out without losing muscle. It has been very successful.
