Bulk aftermath - complete failure!

I wish I could quit but like most, I don't bodybuild because I enjoy it, I do it to get pussy.

I need to gain 30-40 lbs of lean muscle to be competitive on tinder again which is pretty much flooded with guys who look like fitness models now. I have put in too much effort and sacrificed too much already for it to end like this.
 
You just don't get it. You don't eat exactly the macros not until you know how to do it.

4k-6k food high protein
Heavy weight lot of reps
Some GH
And you grow that's it.

Strength it's relevant I can be on 3g and 6k cals and some days I'm weaker than the previous session.

We are talking about a guy who is not even able to bench his bodyweight. He doesn’t need any AAS at all. He wants to whine that nothing works because he is special.

Based on the whoa-is-me energy you’ve been bringing here I don’t think your lack of success with women has much to do with your body. I suspect it has more to do with incompetence in other areas of your life, likely driven by a similar attitude to the one you’ve displayed here. It’s incredibly unattractive and worth personal reflection.

I just don't understand honestly. I'm giving my body the nutrients it needs and the stimulus it needs (both hormonally and in muscle damage) to grow.
Let's get the facts on the table so we can give more precise advice. Can you write down exactly what you trained that day? Exercise and sets and reps... if you didn't write it down, then off the top of your head.

What did you eat that day? Specifically what did you stuff in your mouth the entire day (besides female body parts)
 
If you cared you would hire a trainer and stuck with them for 6 weeks. See how it goes
Exactly, he needs to hire a good coach, STFU and do what they say. I wrote this back around post 100. It’s hard for me to imagine a good coach wanting to help unless he deeply internalizes the STFU part.

Eating at maintenance (weight has been the same for 3 weeks) following the kind of diet that's been suggested above. Macro ratios are solid, diet is cleaner than most, protein intake is adequate.

Hitting each muscle group 2x per week with 6 sets (3 compound and 3 isolations per individual muscle).

I've lost strength, went from 10 chin up max to 8 for example (work for back and biceps is chin up plus bicep curl as the isolation).

Still no work capacity either, my chin up set went 8 / 6 / 3 reps (to failure). I'm only on a low dose of test right now (1000 Ng/dL estimate).

Time for blood work again, I have to rule that out that the test could be fake. I shouldn't be losing strength!

How do you know you are giving your body the stimulus it needs? both in regards to amount of stimulus and the kind of stimulus it needs.
 
I can't get rid of pasta and bread as Carb sources, it's already hard enough getting my girlfriend to accept this diet (lunch and dinner are common meals) and if she dumps me I'm homeless so gotta keep this in mind and keep the meals vaguely palatable.

So it sounds like you need to fix your life/job/social/housing/adulting setup before worrying about bodybuilding.

You are worried about being homeless if your girlfriend dumps you, but you are doing this to be competitive with fitness models on Tinder?

And you can't gain muscle or lose fat even though you are now eating a great bodybuilding diet and working out intensely . . .

I hate my girlfriend and I want to leave her but I know that I can't replace her easily.

It's also financially expedient to share bills and rent, and although I'm pretty much financially independent (I have about 10 years of living costs saved) it would just be a pain in the ass to have to relocate.

I know body isn't everything, I have other plans in motion but body is really the one thing you have to work for, I can't just buy it like the rest.

Apparently it's still too soon after having covid to work out. Tried to do one set of everything and ended up with my head spinning afterwards. Hopefully I'll get back to where I was quickly.

I'm weighing and macro-counting everything I eat and I don't plan on stopping, ever. I'll find my TDEE post-covid then I'll add 200 calories, or whatever it takes, to very slowly increase my weight without fat gain.

I can't follow your diet that would lead to bodybuilding success because my girl will dump me and I will be homeless. I am halfway to early retirement though, I have so much money, but I am with this girl that I hate because moving takes effort.

Sorry, but I don't see the use in giving you advice in this thread. I can't believe I wasted time on a troll. Give me my time back.
 
Its possibility your drugs were fake. Also what are your macros? If you say you had a good diet but didnt mention macros well I have my doubts then. You could try some metformin. You may have some insulin resistance. That helped me immensely. Shitty sleep is not good and will fuck with you a lot but from what your explaining I dont know if that is the culprit. Full body is a short lived program. Unless your training for something that uses your full body you need to drop it. Do a bro split like everyone else. After a while your muscles will compete for recovery and you will have too many weaknesses
