Test E 425mg + var last 4 weeks first cycle log

Left shoulder was giving me some issues today after a shoulder and arm day yesterday. Just got IMS needling done, they jabbed my supraspinatus and traps, lats, freed all those sticky areas up and my left side is feeling a lot more mobile. Going ahead with chest today as planned. (Physio concurs I'm fine to hit it hard, just no loads the structures haven't experienced before, I want to aim for 245-255 for 5 on bench today)
 
A little update:

Decreasing calories and stripping this blubber off. I'd love to be 210-220 fairly lean after a couple months here, but that may be a little too optimistic. Time will tell.

Meal #1, 4 whole eggs + 1 cup oats + 500mls orange juice or skim milk + 1/2 avocado

Meal #2, 2 whole chicken breast + 2 cups steamed broccoli(2-3 tbs bbq sauce)

Meal #3, Medium green salad with 1 whole chicken breast and veggies of choice, low fat dressing.

Meal #4, 60 gram iso protein shake in skim milk/juice/water.

I haven't followed a diet quite like this one before, but I have a good feeling it will shred me up nicely.

Really feeling like a bodybuilder now boys. 1 week and a couple days into a deficit + 3x cardio sessions (30 mins morning fasted, 20 mins post training, and 30 mins evening. Not weighing myself currently just watching the mirror (coaches orders)

Little post shoulder and chest update. Still no weigh ins as per orders, but the recomp is going very nicely. Finally taking a nice shape and I'm remembering I actually have a decent form under all the body fat.

Refeed planned for the 15th so I'm excited for that. I have been limited to a cup of oats as my main carbs these past 25 odd days. The pain was worth it though.

Pinning Ed, cycle delts and glutes. 400mg a week coming up on 3 months. Just waiting on var to finish out

so how long can you really run a cycle? i see people going from 3 months to 6 months idk i think 3 months is fair but im just a noob any meso wizards want to answer my noob question

I wouldn't want to go far past 20 weeks, I'm not too worried because im only on test right now and my mid cycle bloodwork showed no issues. Really depends on what kinds of gear you are using and how much
 
Due to literature/individuals stating that it makes estrogen release a bit more tolerable. Scared of gyno and don't mind hitting myself with a slin pin ED. That and I want to mimic natural production more closely and avoid highs and lows.
Try both and compare the labs because everyone is different. I read all that literature as well and found out when I switch to Everyday my estrogen actually went up as versus just doing every three and a half days. Weird thing is also when I did daily injections I didn't really feel the test. And I like the feeling it gives me more I was pinning every three and a half days.
 
30 day recomp. From 252 in first pic to 250 second pic. I look like a different person lol. I'm only 4th day of 80mg var on top of the 400mg test E and strength and pumps are through the roof.

Thanks man, I never really thought I would see myself at 250lbs with this kind of look, I'm excited to continue tightening it up until I'm packing some weight at a lower bf%
 
Officially lowering cals, eating basically the same things in less volume with less cheat meals. Cals probably around the 3500 range.

Very happy with where I'm at currently. My chest has come incredibly far during this cycle and that has always been a point of insecurities for me, so I'm blown away by the shape my pecs are taking, and I'm excited to start the summer cut
