Lol he's put a suit on to hope people assume he's the most credible, therefore I side with the man in the vest. Didn't listen to word either said, but I'll defend the man in the vest to the death

he's wearing a t-shirt. smh, just dont comment at all.

- most pros aren’t on the kitchen sink
- you can sometimes tell who’s juiced to the gills and who isn’t, but it isn’t as clear cut as he says IMO
- the genetics of shape and flow absolutely matter but they won’t dictate drug use as directly as he claims
- there are TONS of amateurs taking way more than pros
- less than a gram total is largely not happening but some guys definitely do, but there are some tricky ways to say you’re “under a gram” 1-2 weeks out from a show
- going DOWN in weight or muscularity class does NOT equate to lower doses, some classic guys and quite a few physique guys today are taking MORE than 212/open, I attribute this to the need to “keep” a waist, and substituting big eating for more gear
- you’ll find more people on longer that need to “come up” (amateur and low level pro) than you will top pros being on all the time
- GH/slin use is ALL over the place, some have never touched slin/gH, some in the double digits multiple times a day

This is largely solid. All IMO of course.

I also noticed that sometimes amateurs will use pharmacology more than professionals. Since for them this is the only way, as they think, due to which they progress. They do not take into account nutrition, training, technique, that this is a system of measures. They follow a simpler and more understandable path for them. But this path will not bring results.
