It's no secret that Monstro's name and allegiance is up for sale to the highest bidder and i believe it's gotten to the point (for some) where any brand(s) he mentions results in the first thought being that he's compensated to do so.

i can see where he's coming from, but as you mentioned, this is his log and i'm old school Meso where i feel logs should be off limits for shit talk, so i'll end my part of the discussion here and let Monstro get back to doing his thing.

I get it man meso has been like that for a while now that’s why I don’t participate much.

If he would have been shilling for a company / src / lab I wouldn’t have interjected tbh. I’d of let it be. (Although I feel logs to be sacred / off limits)

Maybe reread what I wrote. I don't have a problem with the brand of hgh he is using. My problem is with the way the man has presented himself for years. He has shilled and has made a name for himself long before this thread shilling for whoever would give him free shit. It was honestly a friendly suggestion. He can take it or leave it but he also knows exactly what I'm talking about. In closing, eat a dick, man. If you knew his history, you'd understand what I was speaking about.

Bro For whatever reason I don’t keep up with these guys in the real world.

The only reason I even came upon this thread is I was trying to get an answer to a question I asked him - that he never responded to in the goldtops thread and that was his dosing!

The only thread on this board I try to keep a eye on for an update is your log.

Truth be told I’ve only checked out a few guys IG from these online boards - Luki & I think b-boy over from pm.

I’m not defending buddy nor was I trying to start shit with Bret tbh from the outside there wasn’t any context to what was said based off of this thread and log’s once upon a time were sacred idk maybe shit has changed.

I’ve called out shills before and weak ass reps to boot but it was in the thread the shit was going on in so everyone could see the full scope. I’ve never followed a guy thread to thread. I got too much real world shit going on to care about it like that.

That’s the last I will say about it. I got the answer I came for.

Didn’t take it as being this way at all, no sweat. I only went and looked for him when he started posting here and yeah…

He can do whatever he likes here, but he should he called out for it; the shilltastic posts (here and social), the retarded dosages of gear, the claim that all pros are doing what he does, etc.

Because i begin this sport 24 years ago on a place that no internet and nobody does bodybuilding , i only discover anabolics at 32 years old , i know if i have help from older people on sport i can achieve a good athlete but now im old and nothing to do more otther than give the help to this young beginners that i never had and wish to .
I also play clear that i hate lies and came here to tell exactly what im doing .Im not promoting because sometimes i say im using ZHPC , other times Balkan and other times from local pahrmacy .

I dont care what people think about me but please if you dont know my story dont talk and leave me do what i love .

I promosed god i will help all beginners to not suffer what i suffer

I read all day and my experience and my athletes , and dont need to be so smart to understand if HGH increase blood sugar you need insulin or metformin to do equilibrium

We all know if we got some sponsor is normally a brand in is beginning not a big name like The Provider or Alinshop . They dont need us because they are big.
I know that provider sometimes dont have enough stock for the sales he does .

And in all honesty this dude look pretty great, not a lot of guy on meso can say that running their super hardcore 325mg test a week.
