Yeah 40m Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday40mg EOD you mean? Try it and see how you go, I think it will be a bit low but it depends on how bad your joints are to begin with. Knee and elbow sleeves are great with helping joints as are wraps. Collagen and Vit C powder, cod liver oil, creatine etc.
Yeah I started using sleeves they definitely help, regarding the supplements I also take MSM and Glucosamine which helped as well
