Racism and Prejudice are common in all races.
Prejudice is really the problem, not racism. Prejudice is widely accepted by employers, coworkers, even getting a bank loan. If you're not what we're looking for then you can piss off.
There are forms of prejudice that are out in the open that are totally acceptable. Say you want to buy a vehicle. You sit down and they ask you do you have a college degree, in my case yes, but if you answer no, you get to pay $3000 more. That's straight up prejudice and it's dividing our country in ways you can't imagine, but it's right out in the open.
We have become very narrow and hyper specialized in our ways of thinking and so we "other" anyone that we view as less.
It does appear as time goes on that we are creating a caste system in the United States, but I think most people just chalk it up to racism without really looking at the true causes of why large numbers of people of all races are getting kicked to the curb.

Hate to admit it, but I struggle with this. I never treated anyone different because of skin color. Still try not to, but at some point I started getting standoffish around certain people. Doesnt matter their color. Seen too much blame game and race cards being thrown. Why I say im an equal opportunity racist, I fuckin hate everybody.
I think you should give everyone a chance until they prove they are untrustworthy.
Granted if someone is coming at you with rage in their eyes or they have an attitude where you can sense they have a deep seated resentment then you have no choice but to leave them to their own misery.
We have this silly notion that we can impose our will on everything and everyone and certain people are driven mad with their desire to promote and punish those that don't do as they command.
The world is filled with people that are full of anger that feel they are owed something because they did x,y,z and now it's their turn to be sadistic and cruel to others. These people tend to be the ones that sit at the top of the hierarchy or are busy climbing.
My main prejudice is against those that have power. I detest those in positions of power that seem to get off on domination. If you have power and use it in a non-domineering manner and are polite and respectful I have no problem, but the world seems to be filled to the brim with arrogant dicks and cunts.

It's not about racism.
It's about self control. Those that are in control of themselves and respectful to others will get along just fine in the white mans world.
However if you start F'kn with people and pushing their buttons, taking digs at them then there's gonna be problems.
I don't think most people understand the white mans mindset with regards to his stance of individualism and the principle of keeping your hands to yourself.

Those that are woke typically are those most scared of the people they're pretending to champion.
Either that or they're just too dumb to realize that there are people in this world that are flat out dangerous. If you're some woke attractive white 90lb female hanging out in the hood, you're not safe. That comes off racist, but I have a section of my city that is dangerous when the sun goes down and I don't go over to that side of town late at night as it's a zoo with people getting beat up, robbed, even murdered. And it's not just from being poor. I've been in white trash neighborhoods and for the most part except for a few crackheads that like to mouth off, you can walk down the street and feel just fine.

I'm a white dude, but I have mixed Asian children, so I come at the issue of racism a little bit differently.
Living in the small white redneck town that we live in, my children have experienced the ignorant kind of racism that you would expect from a dumb white redneck town. Like calling them chinks and making fun of their eyes and stuff. So before I had my kids, it was something I would have never even thought about. But now, it's on my radar.
The upside is that my children are intelligent as fuck and when these redneck kids are working in factories when they grow up, mine will be engineers.
I think racism is not evil, it's just natural. We all feel more comfortable around people that are like us. Usually the people that talk about racism the most are the most racist. They view life through the lens of race almost exclusively.
