You destroy the future of this kids with good genetics telling 500mg test is more than enough to be top athlete pro and the kid will give up is dream thinking he as no genetics.
Yes we should protect the beginners but telling the truth , and the truth is :
* you should always begin with the lowest dosage , low calories and increase everything only when needed and very slowly , when they get huge yes they will use alot of gear but only if they want to compete at highest level.
* They need to understand the highest dosages only works when you have alot of muscle to go to another level . if you use are a 150 to 200lb athlete and you use the dosage of top pro you will not grow and only huge side effects.
Bodybuilding take alot of time and dedication , nobody grows huge in one year.
