Just want to know from what should i start.
I dont know if i want to go in powerlifting, for the start just want to understand how to workout and what should i do?
Dont want to be this brainless type of people without spine or with broken legs (hope you understand me).
Dont want to use any chem at the moment (for some reasons, but who know, maybe one day i will).
