Almost everyone in my country use the brand OneMed for disposable syringes and needles, as it's one of the most well-known medical supplies brand. I admit that their needles not as expensive as BD needles, but I doubt that their quality is that bad.
I've used these needles with Chinese UGL gear, and didn't observe any floating particle.
One possibility is that it's caused by me pinning 3 compounds at once, which means I used the drawing needle to puncture the vials 5 times (inject air into NPP, inject air into Primo, inject air and draw Test, draw Primo, draw NPP). As a result, the rubber stopper can't withstand the blunted needle and deteriorate.
I've been using a 5 micron filter needle to prevent the particles entering my syringe, and I think this would solve the problem completely.
