Oh how did you sterilize them?Uhm well the filters I bought now are from a mushroom homebrew shop and I had to sterilize them myself. I orderd some from aliexpress those should be pre sterilized. Will check next time with those

I have a vial from 5 years ago and pinned thousands of time and is still good. Contamination I think happen much harder than thisI was going to do whole who put everything in a giant bottle 50ml, but I think it is safer to put your gear in smaller vials, specifically 10ml ones. The way I do it is I buy uncrimped vials, take the 50ml of gear, and filter 10ml of it directly into separate 10ml vials, one at a time, using the filter without the needle right over the vial, then crimp it shut. This helps me avoid any spillage, and the only oil I lose is what is what is left in the syringe filter, which is unavoidable, but much less than any other method.
Think about how many times you're going to pierce that 50ml vial compared to the 10ml vials; you're just asking for a higher risk of contamination, and more of a chance of tiny parts from the rubber top particles to break off and float into the gear.
This is what I would advise anyone who is homebrewing for personal use.
I store filtered gear in 50ml bottles. I fill a 10ml syringe with a 1.5 inch 25g needle, then use that to back fill my 1/2cc daily dose syringes. So the 50ml bottle is only punctured 6 times (including the 18g filling needle) before being discarded. Works great and the injections are basically painless. Almost fun lol.I was going to do whole who put everything in a giant bottle 50ml, but I think it is safer to put your gear in smaller vials, specifically 10ml ones. I use this to make my gear at 200mg per CC, and have zero PIPWhat recipe did u use BA/BB??
I brewed mine at 1.5% BA and 13% BB.. No Pip although I got the feeling I may have to worry about gear crashing in the future. I tried to use the least amount of solvent possible considering everybody mentions this 'PIP'.. Thanks for the info though. Ill try it sometime.I use this to make my gear at 200mg per CC, and have zero PIP
200mg/ml 10g=50ml
1%BA=.5ml
20%BB=10ml
MCT=29.5ml
Instant pot duo 8l, pressure cook on high pressure. Should be 121*C at 11psi. I bought the exact same from this study: Assessment and verification of commercially available pressure cookers for laboratory sterilizationOh how did you sterilize them?
The oil on you hands didn't get in the vial. I think that is impossible. Are you injecting the filtered product into sealed sterile vials? If dust is getting into your vial maybe not.Like some oil spilled for example and my hands were a bit oily but I kept filtering with syringe filters. What if I messed something up, and some small dust got in the vial or
Do this if you want to complicate something simple. I mean the table. If not simple arithmetic will do. For example 100ml of finished product at 300mg/ml requires 30grams of raw. Depending on the ester you will be dissolving that in around 10-20%bb and 1-2%ba. When it is completely dissolved add your carrier to the 100ml line on your beaker. When you figure this out you can brew any aas with the correct amount of solvents and carrier.I used this:
oh and I first put the glass beaker on a scale then reset the weight. Then added the powder to 10g, then added the bb and ba and then added oil to when it was 50ml

I filtered directly into the sterile vial. Vial was sterilized with a pressure cooker on 121*C for 55 minutesThe oil on you hands didn't get in the vial. I think that is impossible. Are you injecting the filtered product into sealed sterile vials? If dust is getting into your vial maybe not.
If sterile product is going into a presealed sterile vial you are safe.
