Reason of adding BB?

So I was wondering. I know you add BA to stop further growth of bacteria and is minimal of 1% and mostly around 2%.

But what is the reason to add BB, it is used as a solvent right. Mostly used around 15-20%. But what does this do besides solving your raw powder into the oil solution. Does it cause pip? And, I used a magnetic hot stir and I heated it up to 80*C and it only took about 5-10 minutes maybe. So it was really easy. Do I really need the BB?

Do a little experiment. Heat your raws and oil, mix, and don't add BB. Let it cool and sit for 48-72 hours. This will tell you whether or not you need BB.

You've kinda answered your own questions bro.

BA is the antimicrobial agent.
BB is the solvent that helps hold the hormone in the solution without it crashing.
Does it cause PIP? Yes for some people.
Do you need it? Yes for most oil based solutions unless you're going to use other solvents instead.
Stick with BB IMO and keep your hormone concentrations low.
None of that 500mg/ml-1000mg/ml bullshit like some guys tried to do in the old days ROFL

All these you won’t need BB especially if you use MCT as a carrier.

Test E. up to 300mg/ml
EQ
Deca up to 150mg/ml

Almost all of them you don’t need BB if you used ulta low concentrations. But you be pushing alot of oil.

Aaah check, I was thinking that BB was ment to make it dissolve even without heat and that melting or dissolving was kinda the same process. English is not my main language. But I think I get it now thanks man

Ah I see. I had brewed 200mg/ml primo and it gave me a sick feeling, injected muscle was getting swole and a bit red and pretty hard pip. But no idea what it could have been. I thought maybe the BB but I use ugl's with 20% BB and 2% BA and no issues

So many possible causes for this so it would be impossible to pinpoint what the actual issue was.

I brewed stuff that was as low as 6%-8%BB and as high as 20% and never had major problems or excessive PIP but we're all different bro so it's a trial and error process if you want to brew your own and get something that works perfectly for you.

In pharma testosterone bb is at much higher %. I don't remember exactly and I can be wrong but above 30% and ba at +9%. If someone knows exactly please write in here
Using at 20% is low compared with pharma grade.
I don't see reson to use at 5% even if it holds as oil become thicker

Someone posted a pdf from pfizer about their test. It was 18% bb for 200mg/ml

It doesnt cause that much pip. According to some spec sheets its not necessary. Steroid powder is supposed to be soluable in organic oil.

What steroid powder though? They all have different melting points and different storage/temperature needs.

I tried to do a test e with no solvents once. Took ages to disperse in the warm oil and turned into a cloudy thick white jelly 2 weeks later.

Remember, high heat will probably destroy the hormone.

I do that experiment sometimes when I’m seeing how low I can go with the BB.

Bayer in Nebido uses nearly 50 (!!! yes fifty) %BB.
If I remember well the old Organon Susta from Pakistan contains 10%BA and 0%BB (!!!)
So pharma can sometimes weird.

My goal is to make the most healthier solutions what I can use safely ,thats why I do experiments about brewing.
The usual 20% of BB is most of the time is overkill, but if you dont want to do experiments its a "safe play".

for an example:
test prop or tren ace at 100mg/ml 2/10 is enough with mct as a carrier.
