Okay…6 week check in. Dropped the dbol at 4 weeks since it really didn't so shit for me and started anavar at week 5. So right now I’ve been on 50mg/ day of that…taking one 25mg in the AM and one in the PM or before a workout. My weight got up to 210 on the last day of dbol. This last week I had work early mornings until super late at night basically getting 4-5 hours of sleep and eating basically crumbs (whatever the fuck was in the pantry or fridge) that I could make at 1am fast and pass out lol. As well as McDonald’s or Taco Bell a couple times for lunch. Ended up dropping down to 202 got back from that shit and devoured steak, ground beef, potatoes, broccoli, etc…today I weighed in at 204.4lbs. Strength is starting to go up and I’m noticing an increase in my vascularity especially when I’m super pumped. I also said fuck it and increased the test from 500mg to 750mg/week at week 5 when I started the anavar and injecting three times a week (M/W/F). No apparent sides yet thankfully and I’m feeling super solid. Started including more farmers carries in my workouts. So I’ll either hit shrugs one day or farmers carries when I used to only do different shrug variations. I’m also doing more bicep work just supersetted after my supplemental work or accessory depending on how I’m feeling. Also alternating between dumbbells, ez curl, or barbell.
