l did forget to mention l had a colonoscopy before l started carnivore because of my constant heartburn and was told l had an irritated gut as well. l got another one done 2 years after starting carnivore and doc said gut was perfect.

Yeah l reckon your probably right. l was never diagnosed with IBS, l was just sent home with a script for an antidepressant and a script for Nexium, both did nothing for my issues. lt wasn't till l did my own research and changed my diet that l come good.
