Test P/Tren A Cycle - Couch Potato to Jacked Begins now

The Plan: This will be my first cycle. So the plan is to start with very low doses and work my way up.
Week 1: Test P - 200MG
Week 2: Test P - 200MG
Week 3: Test P- 200MG
Week 4: Test P- 200MG​
I've been advised not to take a higher test dose than this, since I will aromatise worse with body fat and aromatization is what leads to elevated prolactin with tren. After these 28 days, my test will be at peak saturation and estrogen fairly high and then we can assess whether I need to take an Aromasin protocol.

After week 4, I will ease into some Tren.

Week 5: Tren 175MG and Test P-200MG
Week 6: Tren A 210MG and Test P-200MG
Week 7: Tren A 245 MG and Test P-200MG
Week 8: Tren A - 280MG and Test P-200MG
Week 9: Tren A - 280MG and Test P-200MG
Week 10: Tren A - 280MG and Test P-200MG
Week 11: Tren A - 280MG and Test P-200MG
Week 12: Tren A - 280MG and Test P-200MG​

The plan is to start 175MG of Tren per week, if I can handle the sides, I will keep moving up until I cannot tolerate the max per week I will go up to is 280MG. I will have raloxifene on hand for gyno reversal, Aromasin or an AI, and I'll be taking P5P 200-300mg every day to keep prolactin from getting high.

Diet: It will consist of just chicken breast, rice, and vegetables.

Training: My training has always consisted of push/pull 4 times per week. But I'm getting lazy, so I think I will do splits 6 times per week. Less strain on my body I think.

Story: Growing up, I was always the nerd. Absolutely no attention from the girls. No pussy action. Nothing. I just did my homework and chilled with the math nerds whilst the Rugby dudes got all the girls. I begin University in 4 months and would like for things to change. I can no longer live like this anymore. So I am going to start by getting jacked and after that, will focus on improving my looks with facial surgery. The goal of course is to be a slayer and destroy all the pussy at university. Please wish me luck.
 
I know this has already been said in your other thread, and you ignored it there too... you need to understand the potential long term effects and ramifications of using steroids, ESPECIALLY TREN, at a young age. Is there a good possibility you recover fine? Sure, but there is also a good enough possibility that you will not recover fine, and frankly I don't think it is worth it for you.

You have little to no muscle mass.


Train naturally and learn how to diet.

A chicken rice and vegetable diet won’t be sustainable for you. Learn how to actually diet and eat.

Learn to seriously train correctly.

Go bare bones basic and you’ll make significant changes especially at your height. Do this for 6 months and come back and assess. Then do it again for 6 more months.

then rinse and repeat for another 2 years then see where you’re at. make changes slowly as you learn more.


Also don’t change your face. It’s cool being a nerd. I wish I was more of a nerd when I was 18. I’d probably be a lot better off. Don’t be an idiot man.
 
1. up the tren to 100mg Ed and stack test e 250mg eod with it and run it at least 6months and do bloodwork every 4 weeks
You can add anavar or oral winny as preworkout
2 bulk on tren and eat high carb , eat at least 4500-5000kcals 500carbs 350-400protein and 50-70fat
3 do 45mins fasted cardio and 30min pre bed cardio
Do push pull legs high volume
4 save money and get tattoos as soon as possible (arms chest lower neck and abs)
5 improve your game , it’s ok if you awkward with the first 5-10 girls you talk to, since you are a nerd and have zero experience , but it’s not enough to look hot you have to act hot too.
6 get tinder and find a girl or couple girls who are down to shoot videos with you , now you have a money cycle which feeds itself
7 never let the gym rule your life, enjoy it mate don’t end up like a gay ass bodybuilder who is fucking the same chick over and over and can’t even wipe his ass anymore because he’s too big and gets high bloodpressure by tie a shoe
 
Many times I see younger guys thinking that roids are going to give them that confidence with women that they always wanted. It never works. It's like the boy who thinks he's a girl and then gets hormone therapy to make himself believe he's a girl. The suicide rate for these kinds of people is still 40%. Hormones are never the answer to a crisis you are having internally.

You don't need facial surgery, and you don't need hormones to be a hit with girls. You don't even need a big pecker. It takes a change in your mindset. It's all in your head, not hormones. These are the kinds of guys I'd love to help with Red Pill theory. It would truly change their life.

4. I was thinking about just getting fufu tattoos? They look really convincing and I can regularly switch them out.
