Package sized EU

Did anybody got a Package sized in EU (Germany) ?
What happens. So they Coke to your House ?
More details are useful if you are looking for answers. Was it EU to EU order, or international? How do you know it's seized, did they send you a letter?

It was international and its since 4 Weeks at customs Frankfurt no letter no Update just „customs clearence“

And now you got a Letter from german customs that your package Was seized and the gear is illegal inside? Customs Opend it?

If you live in a civilised country with somewhat working legal system, I don’t think you can be prosecuted for things landing in your mailbox. There are countries (Switzerland I think is one of them) where you receive a letter and you’re charged a fine. Off course every sane person will just stfu and pay the bill, but I believe if one got balls and refused to pay, claiming they never ordered anything like that, I doubt there would be a follow up.

I hate my neighbour so I’ll just send him a gram of weed and that’ it, problem solved. Or what about suing USPS for smuggling tons of drugs each month unknowingly

I am no expert, just expressing my opinion so feel free to correct me if I am wrong or give a real life example (just please not one where a friend gets jailed after ordering a vial of test and oh btw law enforcement finds a hefty stash after search warrant)

Based on what you posted so far I don’t assume you’re our customer. But it’s very specific question. It depends on from where packages travels and destination also, so it’s hard to answer what’s normal and what’s not. We have witnessed parcels coming to particular country within 10 days, but also 60 days.

BTW it’s not good to discuss details publicly, so ideally you contact your source

I know a lot of stories of guys here where I am that where busted for importing illegal shit and also a firsthand experience. So it's possible..

Just don't admit damn thing. Say you bought massage oils and paid for it, not some illegal substances. Go to lawyer he will help to convince them officially. I don't understand why people admit and just accept it.

This is not how "justice" work. You will get convicted if you pick up your package.
The justice in movies is not the same as the one in real life.
