Low SHBG?

Got bloods back and something stood out.


My SHBG comes back at 9.
Total test is 1042
Free test is 335
Bio available test is 763

HDL isn’t great at 24
E2 is at 30

Was running 500mg sust per week with 150mg primo ace daily (taken orally).

I’m starting to think my primo ace could have been trash… or perhaps I simply don’t have enough SHBG to make use of the exogenous hormones.
Any idea how to raise SHBG so it is at least within reference range?

Low shbg with high free test is normal on exogenous test. I'd be more concerned with why you have 1,042 total test on 500mg.

I’m concerned as well… from a source here. Not sure how primo ace shows up on bloodwork but thought that must be bunk garbage. The sust from the lab here tested well via janoshik.

Wasn’t sure if the low SHBG was the culprit or just bunk gear….

My sbhg was in the toilet on last bloodwork, with high free test. Primo doesn't really show on bloodwork, many times will lower estrogen tho but your test wasn't really high so 30 may be normal and not impacted by primo.

You should name the source, and see if they will pay for it to be tested.

I gotcha.

Primo ace was from ST raws. Sust was from goodlyfe. Hate to throw it out there as I haven’t had any problems with him prior, excellent communication but bloodwork leaves a bit to be desired.

My last pin of sust was Thursday and I got bloods the following Monday… perhaps the 3.5 days in between would explain why bloods look like “gifted natty” instead of “too high to be natty” levels?

I’m stumped here….

I don't use Sust because it makes no sense compared to a consistent ester. So I'm not sure of the half life and blood draw timing.

As you said, every other bloodwork of his is positive and test is dirt cheap. Doubt he'd underdose as all his jano tests are close to dose. I'd try another ester and redraw.

That’s what I’m thinking. He’s always been good to me.

I pin before bed and got bloods on my lunch break so given 3.5 days since my last pin the test may have only picked up ~150mg of long esters if the prop and phenyl prop esters had already left the blood stream.

I appreciate the input.
