IGF and power work

This is a common cause of problems. Enough energy in the body - enough volume and intensity can be exercised. Often you can meet the skinny kid who tries to buy all the sports supplements, believes in anabolic windows, but does not understand the importance of a full bag of energy.

Right now I'm trying out a Mutant Extreme Gainer. It has such a crazy caloric intake for a full serving. After drinking it, a lot of people will fly off to the bathroom.
It seems to me that young guys use protein shakes as doping :)

A lot of leg training.

Doing the first move of the squat of the bandages. I do about 8 reps in 6 sets. I'm going to do the reverse after this one. I want to do 200 squats at the end of my cycle. This variant suits me for quadriceps training.

After doing squats in the well. The barbell is already held below the waist with the help of my hands. Got carried away a lot and forgot to write it down. The weight of the barbell was +70-80kg for 15 reps.

The leg extension uses 3 drop sets in 1 working set.

Romanian deadlift the only thing I use is a jerk grip. I need to change the initial execution of the exercise as on other days there are other two variations. The weight is small, 140 kg.

Then I do all variations of leg bends. Standing, lying, and sitting variations. I'm trying to get to the back part of the thigh as much as possible, and it's not just about the back part of the thigh.

What kind of volume workout is this if there are no lunges? I do three passes around the gym. But there's an interesting feature. I use a chain. This variation helps me to use my quadriceps while doing a step forward. At this point, I try to do three-quarters of the amplitude, so my thigh is in maximal tension.

Five workouts as I use IGF. The difference per workout is enormous. I can feel the drive, a good pump. I try not to go up in calories, so as not to gain too much. People in the gym started asking questions: Have you started to train somewhere?

It is, by the way, one of the reasons why I was silent on the forum. You know, it is very difficult just to train and write about something. It's like I have no goal.

Just recently I found out that we're going to start club wars. We have about 25 gyms now. We have about 20 to 40 trainers in the gym. There are a lot of people in the sport. At times I make myself think: I'm a one-man army, every rep is important.

Why I'm going into more detail about the diet. To make a long story short, we are going to have a competition for the PRO card in bodybuilding in late fall 23. If I can get my strength and muscle density up now, I want to devote half a year after June 3 to getting in shape and going out for bodybuilding. There's a lot of work to do. The problem is that there is a lot of housework, so I'm trying to gather my thoughts and strength.

I kept my weight at exactly 100 kilograms. I used IGF for a week, but I did not get on the scales. Today the weight showed 111.4. The main thing is not to start eating dirty food, otherwise, a lot of extra stuff would stick to me.

I am going to have my blood test on Monday. I'll probably start on primbolone on Tuesday.

It really pisses me off that there's no time to learn the language. To this day, it's still a challenge for me. Now I'm also reforming my coaching school. The team is getting bigger. I want to make it like high school. Split 380-400 hours into lessons, and assign a teacher to each lesson. Big layer of work. I want to rent a big 100-square-foot kitchen in the spring. A little business I wanted to do for sports people.

So at heart, I'm worried about the preparation as it takes a lot of time for everything. But I will try to organize the time

The other day we were doing a shoot for school. Each member of the school answered certain questions for the cameraman. For some reason, the guys decided to ask me on the subject. After thinking about it for a while, I realized that I wouldn't change anything. The only thing that occurred to me was to go back to the '96 range and run it on Sega X men 2 Clone wars. Somebody will twist a finger on the temple. But no one knows when I first got through level 1 and going into the menu and seeing the characters and just admiring them with the question in my head: how is that? Muscles in those volumes you can see through the suit?! I first saw it at my brother's when they took me to his house on the way home from kindergarten. The '90s games are nothing. I remember trading in a floppy disk with Golden Axe 3, they also called me out. I said: yeah, now. Started the game until I spent all my life, I didn't let the joystick out of my hands. Other heroes were in my time. I remember those moments sometimes, the blood groans in my veins.

When I returned home after a short interview, a couple of days before, I had thoroughly bought sports nutrition, dietary supplements and other things. And when I open the cabinet before my workout there are a couple of cans of Amino Energy. Why did my attention fall on them? I started training in 2012. Remember, everyone was afraid of the end of the world. I have often found an excuse for the universe, they say too early to die, at least a little bit to pump up. We all know that by the new year a bunch of discounts and stuff. At that time the sports pit was actually worth a penny, I had a small amount of pennies in my pocket and decided for the new year to stock up a little, to get something new for myself. And you know, what to lie, remember your first can of Pitashka. When you drink miracle powder in your head, the thought: it seems that the muscles began to grow)))).

So that's what I'm getting at? I remember a friend calls me, he then also wanted to buy, advised what to take. In the end, the conversation heard my parents. My father to this day calls the powder chemistry, and all the usefulness is in the onion and garlic) But I remember my mother began, saying, why spend so much money on the hobby, it can still be a couple of months and quit. And then I spent the money on some poison. So I remember, as now, I receive a parcel, at that time we still went to the post office for them. I opened it, and the first one I saw was a jar of, you know what kind. I still have flashbacks of that moment in my head. Every workout I drank two scoops, every workout I said to myself, I won't be an electronic technician, I'll go in for sports...

I'll take a friend's situation. It very much characterizes the importance of people to insert their 5 cents. I was still engaged in religious activity a little. In general, when I began actively engaged, I began to change the perception of everything. Where I move, what I will do, discipline, some fanaticism. There is a clear line in the religious aspects, if you are a true believer, you need to prioritize spirituality, absolutely in every situation. My position may not have appealed to certain people, especially the hardened ones. So what's the point? There was this one guy older than me, he got really hard on the jock. I still can't figure it out, but apparently he knew my character and drive in his heart. I was genetically zero for the first 4 years I was trying to get to the mode of an average person. That's why I did not understand his attitude at the time - all the time he was trying to get me to play sports. Every chance he got.

Once I remember there was a situation, there was a discussion about who was going to move forward. I gave a clear notion - the sphere of fitness and the gym. Do you know what this person did? He somehow began to build a dialogue that a true believer would never work as a trainer at the gym. One would certainly smile at what he read, or twist his finger in the air. However, if you have delved into the study of the holy books, there are some criteria there that can lead you to do bad things. But you know, what knocked me out more wasn't the proof of who was righteous and who wasn't. It was the fact that this man himself wanted to be an instructor in the gym. You know, the interesting thing is that he became one, and he is still working...

After analyzing all these aspects, I remember, at every point in time there were people who don't like something, who don't share your views, who may be more gifted than you, but don't work more than you, and everything in that vein. But the road will take the walker. The last stage for me was the forum on Do4a. Then I started to get a little sponsorship. But I did not think that in my life I would meet so many trolls. What is interesting, many who troll, one day I called them, with someone long time communicating. But let me tell you an interesting case...


There was one character on the forum. He taught a lot of people, courses, jockstraps, who had a full uniform, and so on. In the end, one day he tried to throw stones at me. One day I took him out to the market. And he and I got together on Skype. You know what was interesting, when we were chatting with him, we had a video connection. So, this man has no legs, one hand has 2 fingers, the other hand seems to have 3 fingers. Obviously, he doesn't swing himself, and then you can think about it...

Some will ask after reading this: why so many words? I want to enter this preparation in a strong psychological state. Many people forget about their head. I focus on this one. I don't plan to put in large doses. I don't think even at my peak I will go beyond 1 gram of substance. Although the guys I'm working with, they're doing +2 grams a week. We go up to a gram and they say natural. And they argue that they say so in America. And I watched some bloggers, it seems to me it's really true. Some guys in the West think that weak drugs and up to 1 gram is something out of the therapeutic dosage range.
