Communication issues

Hey new to this so if not allowed please let me know.
I placed my first order with stanford1 and everything was great communication was awesome, shipping was fast! And the gear has been great too!
I went to place a Seconde order with him and he didn’t reply so I asked if he was getting my emails and he said yes but then nothing after that. I was just wondering if this was normal?
