You weren't eating enough to acrue any significant muscle tissue and if the goal was to lean out nutrition was not dialed in correctly either as body fat percentage looks to have changed a negligible amount.Interesting advice for not knowing my diet. If anything my training intensity was lacking, because my digestion was lacking, but since scaling down to just test I'm growing much better probably because I was going too heavy on dosages earlier. But yeah altogether pretty vague advice to say the least
