I guess I was thinking not the fatigue portion as well. He's 20% body fat, self estimated. His weight has not been dropping. He did note his belt got a little looser, which is the only good sign here.

I think I am likely 17.5% now. I know most people under estimate their BF%. I think this is being pretty accurate. I have lose skin on my abdomen which makes it a little tougher. He's 20% body fat, self estimated. His weight has not been dropping. He did note his belt got a little looser, which is the only good sign here. We are two months, about 9 weeks, from starting his recomposition. Frankly, at 20% body fat, he ought to have been able to lose about 15-18 pounds in that much time without too much effort.
That's why I hate "recomp" - for most folks, especially if it is not one's first cycle, it just means no real goal, no real discipline and no real progress.
You don't think I will get fat at 3,500?I mean. A break from dieting. Go isocaloric for a month imo. 3500 calories?

I guess at 41 years old, 6ft and 230lbs that shouldn't be too bad.

Thank you for being so helpful.View attachment 176938
Only you know how many calories you can truly take in. I guess after doing some thought and re-reading your post.
I am not sure why you feel fatigued.
overtrain? blood work?
how many workout sessions do you have a week? do you do cardio?
No problem. We are here to look out for eachother. Sometimes the simplest answer is the right one btw.Thank you for being so helpful.
I eat 2,500 calories normally, maybe 2,800 averaged out if I include the odd meal out.
I typically do weights around 3 times per week and BJJ (500 calories approx) around 4 times per week. No extra cardio.
However, since feeling so fatigued I haven't done bjj in 6 weeks, so just lifting 3 times per week. There was also a 3 week period during this time where I did virtually nothing (1 week deload, 1 week ill and 1 week travelling).
Ideally I would like to do more training with the help of AAS and possiblly GH. Ideally 3 BJJ, 2 Judo and 3 weights.
I am considering trying a hair friendly 6 month cycle of:
Test 200mg (100mg more than my TRT)
40mg Turanibol (6 weeks on, 6 weeks off and repeat)
Pharma HGH 2iu per day
I need to resolve the fatigue and poor sleep issue first.
Thanks again
Thanks for being so helpful @malfeasanceWorst sleep I have ever had, outside of highly stressful times in my life, like divorce or sitting on a jail cell concrete floor at night, was in the last few weeks pre contest, so calorie restriction and low body fat can definitely take it out of you, along with using something like tren, but I have never experienced anything like that on the doses and compounds you are running, nor have I experienced it at 2500 calories, which would be a deficit, but I doubt it would keep me up at night.
Maybe try to increase your calories for a few days and see if it helps. If so, maybe higher calories with regular cardio to compensate would work better for you.
Any stress?
Get up early? I ask that last one because if I get up late I have trouble sleeping at night. My best sleep is when I get up at 5-5:30 and do cardio fasted in the a.m., on schedule.
You do not need any AI on 210mg of test per week.Hi Guys,
I am on TRT, am 41, and lift 3 to 4 times a week with BJJ 4 times a week. I am also doing 2 to 3 low intensity steady state cardio sessions each week.
This is my second blast ever. My first blast was 500mg Test and anavar at the end. It was brutal on my hairline so trying a more conservative approach. I am hoping this blast could be around 20 weeks with 10 weeks representing a recomp.
I started my recomp 2 weeks ago.
Starting Point:
6ft
105kg or 230lbs
19% to 20% BF
TRT at 100mg Test Cyp + HCG
Lifts (lbs):
Squat 315x5
Bench 325x1
Deadlift 440x1
Overhead Press 190x1
Goal (8 weeks from now):
98kg or 215lbs
14% BF and minimum muscle loss
Blast Protocol (per week):
210mg Test Cyp (administered daily... just bumped up trt dose by double)
87.5mg NPP (administered EOD)
Exemestane or Aromasin 6.25mg ever 3 days
2 weeks in:
No loss of strength, maybe even stronger
Weight at 103.2kg or 227.5lbs
Consuming 2,500 calories per day
Questions:
1) My weight hasn't dropped much, but I can tell on my weight belt I am slimming down. What is realistic amount of weight linked to water retention from increasing the anabolics?
2) I am constantly exhausted. I am waking up multiple times every night. I am also needing naps once or twice a day. I might be overtrained. Currently deloading. Could this be linked to the blast or calorie deficit?
3) Any advice?
I haven’t slept good since I hopped on cycle! Test only cycle the sleep is okay, trt dose it’s a lot better. Whenever I use nand or tren it’s waking up 3-4 times a night.Worst sleep I have ever had, outside of highly stressful times in my life, like divorce or sitting on a jail cell concrete floor at night, was in the last few weeks pre contest, so calorie restriction and low body fat can definitely take it out of you, along with using something like tren, but I have never experienced anything like that on the doses and compounds you are running, nor have I experienced it at 2500 calories, which would be a deficit, but I doubt it would keep me up at night.

Yep lethargy is definitely a sign of low E2. I’ve been there countless times before like I mentioned in my above comment.Could also be linked to the aromasin. Do you know that you need it or did you start taking it as a prophylactic without any high e2 symptoms?
That is good to know. I would kill for high quality sleep and feeling rested thriught my day.I haven’t slept good since I hopped on cycle! Test only cycle the sleep is okay, trt dose it’s a lot better. Whenever I use nand or tren it’s waking up 3-4 times a night.
Actually I’m using 4IUs of GH now and it’s fucking tremendous at helping my sleep. The stuff is magic I’d almost go as far as saying it could treat insomnia. It truly was worth the price tag even if this was the only benefit.
Yeah the GH I pin 1-2 hrs before bed. That is good to know. I would kill for high quality sleep and feeling rested thriught my day.
Do you pin before bed?
This right here - cut it out.I also do go to bed quite late and tend to nap during the day. I sleep around 11pm to 12am. My work has a flexible hours which enables me to sleep-in later if Inwant and nap when needed.
