You’re new clearly. Pareto is gone awol currently so I wouldn’t bother. Syn is bunk/underdosed. I’ve had luck with jet labs though. Even will refund if you send your gear in for Janoshik or post blood work up. There’s also oxygen they posted hplc testing so it’s a start
