Would like to try but pinning im every day is not for me
 
I did it 3x per week when using qsc it worked amazing 2ml pre workout with carbs and 2iu insulin gives me a boost sweat more

Noticed they have a very high concentration L-carnitine product. I'd be interested but I've never heard of them before. They have some other cool product blends I'd probably give a try as well.

cardio too but you’ll get fatty acid mobilization with any time injected just depends on what you do with that surplus or calorie deficit what else you are doing.

personally I think pre workout is best for the energy and once it’s loaded you can do a extra injection with fasted cardio wouldn’t ever risk injecting insulin fasted to risky especially if blood sugars are all ready lowered from fasting through the night and if using other things to control the blood sugar like metformin

I listen to drugs n stuff mainly. Dave Crosland seems to know his shit a good bit and Scott brings a lot of anecdotal info so they play off of each other well when discussing different compounds.

I’d like to see Dave’s under construction documentary but can’t find it anywhere that’s free

I get the push I need from just caffeine pwo so I’d be using it for the androgen receptors benefitting. Have you noticed any minimal usage that helps to aid in that, or is that the 3 days/week administration you mentioned? If so is it a MWF split?

yeah Monday Wednesday Friday
and 250mg 1ml dosage on them days it’s more than enough for the androgen up-regulating benefits

500mg and more is best for increasing fat oxidation
