I have been using HGH for several years now. I don't do any big experiments with it, I prefer to use the GH pre workout and if necessary during a diet pre cardio or generally before going to bed for a better regeneration / sleep quality - mostly between 2-4iU per dose and a maximum of 4-8iU per day.
I would be very interested to know roughly when I can expect the "peak" after an HGH administration? I myself have always administered HGH intramuscularly before training about 1 hour before I get in the car and drive to the gym.
Now I found a graph that irritates me a bit. Here the GH concentration is shown highest after IM injection after about 2h. According to this, you should take the GH about 2 hours before the gym - with subcutaneous administration possibly even 3 hours before. How do you handle the timing?
