HGH Peak - Subcutaneously/ Intramuscularly

I have been using HGH for several years now. I don't do any big experiments with it, I prefer to use the GH pre workout and if necessary during a diet pre cardio or generally before going to bed for a better regeneration / sleep quality - mostly between 2-4iU per dose and a maximum of 4-8iU per day.

I would be very interested to know roughly when I can expect the "peak" after an HGH administration? I myself have always administered HGH intramuscularly before training about 1 hour before I get in the car and drive to the gym.

Now I found a graph that irritates me a bit. Here the GH concentration is shown highest after IM injection after about 2h. According to this, you should take the GH about 2 hours before the gym - with subcutaneous administration possibly even 3 hours before. How do you handle the timing?

Note that we don't generally care about peak GH per se (pharmacokinetics in itself), but rather we may care about peak activity of some biological effect (pharmacodynamics).

Do I understand you correctly, it is not about the "peak" concentration HGH as a substance itself but about the time in which one of the HGH effects "peaks" - for example effects like lipolysis or IGF1.
Is there more detailed information regarding the timing? In training, for example, you want to have the maximum IGF1 peak. When does this peak occur and how does the time period change if you do an IM injection instead of SQ?

Correct, GH pharmacokinetics, e.g. GH's moment of peak are irrelevant if e.g., a nighttime rhGH bolus confers the same benefits for something like anaerobic capacity as a pre- training bolus.

I doubt that you'll find freely available relevant materials about this subject on the internet, but it is something that I discuss at length in Bolus.
 
I agree with you. I have been researching HGH for years and have never found any concrete information about this topic.
I think many AAS users claim they know exactly how hgh works. However, if such "basic information" is not freely available on the internet for most people, I don't think there are many "experts" in this topic. I have been following your posts since 2021 and am very excited about your book, will definitely buy it.
 
No metformin at the moment but I did use it for a long time. Right now all I take for insulin sensitivity is semaglutide 0.5mg/week. Works great. I woke up with a bg level of 82 this morning.
I’d bring that down to 70 at least
Mine even after 900 carbs next day is 62 but I’m on point with blood sugar control never eat until it’s at 4.4 or under then I will eat
 
70-99 is normal. you could have a fasted GH at 105 but an a1c of sub 5%. its not a big deal
Sure it’s normal but less is best you’ll see by mirror and bodyfat responds too food etc currently on 12iu gh too and just prefer lower than normal blood sugars personally

But 80s is good
