AAS with the lowest propensity to increase hemoglobin and hematocrit

Hello fellas,
What AAS have the smallest effect on increasing hemoglobin and hematocrit?
I see other related threads but not any exactly on the subject.

BTW, I am glad to be back after a few years of hiatus.

Cheers...

I would say oxandrolone. Deca, EQ and a anadrol raise mine the most as well as higher test.

My HCT never went up on oxandrolone

Appreciate your reply.
My hemoglobin and hematocrit are both above the high range. Resulting higher BP is managed with Small dose of Cialis. But blood clotting is the biggest concern. Will drop the test level.
Used to donate blood often but red cross is not allowing me to donate for now due to HCG RX.
Good to see you and some of older members are still around!

What are you running now for trt , dose, hcg etc?

I’m glad I’m an older member! Lol! Goes by fast

I have HCT issues too, my HCT goes up to 52, and my friend is a hematologist so he pulls off 500 ml every 2 months, but then I have to replace iron etc, pain in the ass

Just lie. They don't know what your taking. I tell them I'm on nothing. My blood has saved multiple lives. They Message me about it. I'm type o so they always want my blood.

This...tell them you don't take anything. They do extensive testing on your blood before it's used regardless. You can setup an account with red cross that will email or text you reminders everytime you're ready for your next donation.

Could you actually become anemic if you donate blood and stay deficient in iron to ensure RBC doesn't go too high again? My hematocrit was at 52%, I donated blood and it went down to 47%. Now 3 months later I'm at 45% and still deficient in iron. I am cruising with 140mg of Test. Does that mean that it won't get high again on a blast because of the deficiency in iron?

Cialis doesn't do jack shit. It was made for pulmonary hypertension not regular hypertension.

Erythrocytosis isn't associated with blood clotting unless you have a blood disorder like polycythemia Vera.

Why won't they allow you to due to hcg? Never heard of that.

How often do you guys give blood?
Whenever I feel like donating. My body doesn't create excess RBC, it does it for platelets which actually increases chance of clots.

Yes you can become anemic. If you don't have building blocks to create new red blood cells it cant be built. Happens to regular people all the time.

Red blood cells can take 12 weeks to fully replenish

So do you think it is a good idea to stay deficient in iron until hematocrit hits 40% and then getting the iron in range or would you supplement with iron right away?

Masteron has never increased my hemoglobin and hematocrit.
Boldenone increases it extremely for me.

I don’t think that is a safe way to manage that. You’d likely cause other problems, and recovering from anemia and low ferritin can take a while.

Allegorically: If your car leaks oil, would it be a good idea to just run it dry?

Agreed. Good analogy. Ferritin serves more functions than just creating rbc

Not running HCG currently. But when I donated blood last, I was and declared it to Canadian Blood Services (I meant CBS not Red Cross in my original post).
Been on TRT for the past 5 years. Have an old RX for HCG and wanting to try it just for bringing the balls back to life and for preserving fertility.
By an older members, I meant members like you who have been here for at least 5yrs.

From what I can tell after talking to Canadian Blood Services, their concern is for HCG derived from urine of pregnant women.
They have taken me off the blacklist now that they know my HCG RX is not derived from urine of pregnant women.
I donated blood last week and already feel improvment. Hemoglobin was 179!

Good thing golden showers from aren't my thing.

When my TRT doc advised me to donate blood to get my RBC and ferritin down they also told me to lie to the blood bank and tell them I'm not on anything.

The Test is no big deal, but armidex is a red flag for them because it gets prescribed to people with cancer.

My donation center shows me list of medication names and asks me if I’m on any of them. I tell the the truth, no. Then they ask if I’m on any injectable drugs not prescribed by a doctor. I lie and say no.

I once asked and was told that second question is to screen out heroine and other types of drug users and is required by the FDA since the 1980s because of hepatitis and HIV risk. The tests for blood diseases and the washing they do is so good it doesn’t even matter if someone lies. The tech told me they don’t really care about street drugs like Molly, coke, or pot, as long as you don’t come in obviously high (for liability and consent reasons) but anything else will be washed out of the blood.
