Hi guys hope your all well

I’m running 500mg test a week I was on trt dose before and had slight acne, only on shoulders but since I’ve gone up to 500mg that’s split into two jabs a week I’ve had bacne cystic and it’s sore with scars. Where can I get Accutane ?

Would really appreciate some help

Thanks

Welcome to the forum, but you’re gonna get roasted for not doing your due diligence before asking such a simple question.

Hit the Steroid Underground sub form, look through sources until you find something that suits your needs

Keep fats low and split up ur pins more to 3-4x a week if its still bad accutane

Estrogen probably high and fluctuating. You could add aromsin/arimdex or try primo or Eq or mast. Levels out your estrogen. Also don't just instantly increase dose from trt to 500. If you were on like 150mg/wk that like 3x test =3x estrogen. Slower taper up when you increase dose. Like every day incease 50mg more or every week go up 100mg.

Accutane will help but some doxycycline 100-200mg daily can help.

There is also some dosing of 250-500mg of azithromycin 3x a week a can help with the bacterial infection part of acne

Honestly, I personally have less sides taking a single shot than diving the dosages (for as counterintuitive as this sounds). Also, once you get your estrogen levels to the healthy range, your acne will go away. Exemestane (ai) or tamoxifene (serm) will take care of acne as well as other high estrogen side effects that are more than skin-deep

Where do you find information like that? When I asked my doctor about it he told me that they don't really know how it works. They just know what it does
"Isotretinoin, used to treat severe acne, has been shown to induce hormonal changes, especially to reduce 5 alpha-reductase in the production of the tissue-derived dihydrotestosterone (DHT) metabolite 3 alpha-Adiol G. "

all i know, is that accutane aims to control sebum production, potentially through the inhibition of 5ar1.

"the 5α-R1 is expressed in more locations, including the liver, skin, scalp and prostate."

"Type 1 is most prevalent in extra-prostatic tissues, primarily liver and skin, and DHT derived from its conversion of testosterone reaches the prostate via systemic circulation. "

this is likely why such thing as post-accutane syndrome exists, as it does in finasteride patients and so forth. some people don't do well with 5ar inhibition, however most people are unaware accutane is even a 5ar inhibitor.

Thank you I did taper up but still seems to be getting out of control
I don’t feel that tapering up or back down is the best method to reduce sides like acne.
It’s the changes the exacerbates the sides and when you taper up and taper down you are making a change almost every time
When I have done that in the past I have had bad back and shoulder acne.
What I have found works best for me is to just raise the dose to the desired amount and keep it there for the duration of the blast. Doing it this way I get very mild acne for about two weeks when I raise the dose and then it goes away while on my blast. Mild acne returns for a week or two when I drop back down to trt but goes away again. It’s the changes that makes it worse and when you taper up and taper down you are making constant changes and the body doesn’t react well to that.
Also frequent dosing definitely helps. Less peaks and valleys (less changes) and is better for E2 control as well. EoD injections works well for me.

For people interested in accutane/roaccutane (isostreninoin), start low at 20mg/day give it few weeks to fully "kick in" and do it's thing, at first especially fist week you might even get worse acne, but that's what I call clean your house period. Remember isotretinoin works by minimizing your oil production, it works very well, unfortunately be prepared for other side effects - that's why I mention low dosage.

No reason to go berserk with dosages and do the recommended crazy amounts, it is for severe cases when the risk of side effects are worth the effect to eliminate or at least reduce very bad cases of acne that also cause painful scars.

20mg/day for 6-9 weeks will clear our "steroid" acne in most cases, hell if that doesn't do much after few weeks then try 40mg/day, but there is no reason to go high dose like it says on the net.

20mg/day causes low side effects like lip and hair dryness, also facial, but not as much, whereas 60-70+ mg/day causes major side effects that makes it a suffering.

My own experience with the drug over the years, confirms what I said earlier, I had pretty bad acne on my back shoulders, chest that left bad scars, I had to visit dermatologist so she had to inject corticosteroids in to the tissue to break it down and flatten it, so you can imagine it was pretty bad. Years later they're still there, but covered by big tattoo's.

I've experience taking 70-80mg for a few months, but due to side effects and constant severe eye dryness, I had to quit. Second time I took 50 and then 60 and 70mg/day for total of 6 months, this time I had more experience and used very strong eye gel, not drops, so it was barely bearable so to speak. My experience sucked ass, but hey I had to cure my bad acne, so it was worth it for me.

After some years, when I first took anabolics, I experienced acne rebound, though not as bad and more like you mention in your post. I took 20mg/day for 9 weeks and it completely cured my acne.

I usually take low dose roaccutane twice a year for a month to be almost acne free, so I start with 20 for 2 weeks and then 10 for another 2 and that keeps me clear on cycles and come off to cruise levels (when it's the worst acne for me due to hormonal fluctuation).

Check list before you start: eye drops on hand or even gel if dryness is unbearable, lip balm this one a must, shampoo that is gentle and doesn't dry your hair out any further, face moisturizer on hand.

P.S. make sure you're otherwise healthy and study the said drug yourself before taking it, it's always best to consult your doctor, I just share information that I believe works for me and some other people I know.

I would go with doxycycline or minocycline before trying accutane @Nath-h93.

Accutane can be harsh on the system. You don't have to take doxy or mino as long either before you should start seeing some clearing up of the acne.

I had the same issue with the hormone fluctation in PCT. So my question is the following, when you started to use in come off cycle? Normally 7-10 days after last tst shot simultaneously with the PCT products?

Where did this notion that high estrogens cause acne? This is the second time I have heard this. Some 20 yo, super acne kid at the gym told me his “coach” has him on masteron and anastrozole to combat his baaaad acne problem.
The problem is DHT. In my opinion, preventing aromatization to estrogen with an AI causes that excess testosterone to convert to something else, and that something else is DHT. Taking a DHT steroid ain’t going to help either. Using masteron as an AI…..
The only way to stop that shit short of Accutane is a 5a reductase inhibitor, as previously mentioned.
Just a few milligrams of finasteride or dutasteride does wonders with little or no side effects.
There is also the possibilities that steroids aren’t for you.
