Help me plan first cycle please

So I’m planning on starting my first cycle in the very near future. I have some test e, test c, and tren a (not planning on running I bought some for a coworker who changed their mind shortly after I paid) along with a slew of different PCTs. I’m more curious if I should just pick one type of test to run the whole cycle, if I should do half and half, or run one kind for x amount of time with another for the rest, and I’d appreciate if you could tell me why you think I should. I planned for it to be a 12 week cycle of 500mg weekly. Also do you find pinning at specific times of the day to be more beneficial than others as well?

I’m currently 5’10” and I fluctuate around 170lbs while being fairly lean, I don’t want to attempt to guess my BF because I’ll probably be off. My ultimate goal is to hit 200lbs with something like 15% BF. I know my goals are likely attainable naturally, but tbh I’m impatient, as well as a hard gainer whether it’s muscle or fat. I’m working on getting my diet completely dialed in, as well as figuring out labs before starting so I have some time.

Last question I’ve ran several cycles of rad140 before with moderate results, and had no noticeable sides (I was dumb and didn’t get bloods hence why I said noticeable) so I was wondering if running the cycle I have left of the rad along with my test is an acceptable idea, or if I should just strictly use the test for my first real AAS cycle.

First off, think hard about jumping on the sauce before you do it. It can be psychologically addicting and it's always good to try and max out your genetic potential first.

I'm sure I probably wrote that first sentence in vain, so now I will say this; I think most of the guys on here will tell you the same thing if you're dead set on getting on using AASs, get baseline bloodwork done before you put anything in your body. If all your markers come back and tell you that you're in healthy condition, then start low and go slow to assess how your body is going to react. Only run one compound for your first cycle. Testosterone is king. Test E and Test C can basically be used interchangeably if you are pinning every three days. I wouldn't ever tell anyone to go over 500 mg of Test per week on a first cycle, but 300 mg per week would probably be a good starting point. Get bloods done at your 6 week mark to check all your health markers and Test and E2 levels. Don't throw any other compounds on top of that because you don't know which is going to be affecting you negatively if you start have bad side effects.

Ultimately, it's all up to you. You're going to see tremendous progress on
Test alone for your first cycle if your diet is on point, you are training hard, and resting properly. There's plenty of horror stories you can find from people cycling too many compounds or using too high of doses. Just be cautious and listen to folks that have some experience. Leave your ego at the door and don't learn the hard way like many of us have. Stay safe and take care, bro.

Thanks, I’ve definitely made up my mind on starting, and I plan to do things the safe way so I don’t fuck my body up. I kind of figured I’d hear not to throw the rad on top of the test. Is there benefits of pinning every 3 days as opposed to just once a week? I’ve been tracking my calories/macros lately so I can figure out my maintenance number before starting so I’m going way over bored, as well as eating pretty clean.

Pin that test c for 12 weeks, twice a week and eat right and train hard or it's harm for no purpose. Get plenty of rest too.

You gonna pct or trt?

Age?
Years training?
How many days a week do you lift?

Sorry suppose I left some important info out. I’m going to PCT for sure, I’m 28, and the longest I’ve trained seriously straight is about 2 years, I’ve struggled with addiction off and on for a while but whenever I’ve had clean time I trained seriously. Altogether it’d be a bit more time though. Once I’m back at work after Easter I’ll be at the gym 5-6 days a week, I travel for 1.5-2 months for work at a time, and I usually only train 4 days a week when I have my time off so I can spend more time with my daughter and family.

I have nolva, clomide, HCG, sopharma, and anaridix figured I’d throw it out there in case.

Hopefully you can train one addiction for working out/benefiting yourself physically.
I tend to lean more toward 400mg for a new user but I did 600 test with primo/mast and played other shit so who the hell am I to talk.

I know you have enough stuff but its always good that you always have 1-2 extra vials than what is planned.

Look up Michael Scally MD Power PCT protocol.

I’ll check that out for sure soon as I’m done with this 16.5 hour drive. But yeah I figure since it’s not too expensive it’s better to have more then I need on hand. Never know if I might accidentally break a vial or something. Plus my coworker wants some test, just not the tren. But every time I’ve had clean time I was training a lot, my last relapse I had happened when I messed my shoulder up while working out. My doctor told me to take at least a month break from hitting the gym, and I ended up relapsing not too long after since the gym was my only hobby, and my only positive outlet for any issues that happened in my life.

Get some blood work so you have a baseline. 500 per week for twelve weeks. Start with the E and see you handle it. Some people say it has more pip then C. Get rid of the tren.

I am not selling those vials anymore btw. May have to email me for reccomendations.

Either way, let me know of anyway I can help.

The test c? And ok I really appreciate it bro. I thought I knew enough to run a cycle, but the stuff I’ve read in the past mainly came from Reddit, and random body building blogs, and the more time I spend on here the more I’m realizing that majority of the people on those platforms don’t know half as much as they think they do. I was going to run dbol, and test for my first cycle because I’d seen that recommended as the “perfect first time cycle” plus there was a bunch of other shit just like that.

Yeah that’s pretty much exactly what I was thinking. I’m not going to throw the tren away though, I have some other coworkers other then the guy I originally ordered it for that might be interested in it so I’m going to try to at least get my money back, and if all else fails I’ll hold onto it in case I decide I want to run a tren cycle later on. Thank you though.

I feel like it isnt that complicated now. especially after you are a few cycles in.

For cycle 1

Pick a reasonable dose of Test where you have minimal sides. 350-500mg of test C weekly.

lift well, eat well. stay consistent. Use exercise/nutrition knowledge you gained prior to AAS. The forums can help with AAS knowledge, bloods, etc

get bloods at 4-5 weeks after the start. Post it here and we can help.,

keep your ego in check at the door. strength will increase and avoid injury.

I am almost at a repeat of later half of cycle 1 and enjoying it more than I thought. doesnt need to be "heavy hitters".

Some of the biggest guys dont know much about AAS either, then you have the other extreme of a small guy thinking he knows alot cause he has the power of google.

Sometimes its as simple as inject AAS. Train hard, Eat well. Get bloods, make sure things are in check. If PEDs start interfering with diet/training. then it is counterproductive.
